So I always order for Pick up through the phone. I order a lamb wrap meal and they always get it wrong.

On Thursday, July 20 I phoned in to order the same and I told the Girl over the phone that I did not want Lettuce and Tzatziki Sauce on the wrap. I categorically repeated this 3 times and she assured me of having noted my request and Guess what I got ?

Wrong friggin order again. Lettuce and tzatziki sauce were all on the wrap like she never heard mention it to her that I didn't want the two ingredients on the wrap. There's is always 2 people working and they tend to be too busy and that makes it very difficult paying attention to little details.

When I picked up my phone order, a drink was not served with it. I only realized it was missing after 2 minutes of drive. And had to go back.

Pro tip. Check your order before leaving the shop. 51st always get my order right but with less Fries!! I guess what everyone one wants is a service which is at par with the value of...

Stopped in just before 7pm on Dec 6 to pick up a platter on my way home. Do this quite frequently as I have enjoyed the food and do crave it every once in a while. I have to say please do not stop just before they close as they were in the process of shutting down. When I got home and opened the container my first thought was when did they start serving mashed potatoes? The rice, I believe it was was the bottom of the vat, there was no grains to it and was mushy and all stuck together, no flavour as well. They gave me a lot but they cleaned out the rice vat, had 2 bites and dumped the rest. Also on the salad, I know lettuce is getting expensive but honestly they gave me 5 bite size pieces of romaine and lots of tomatoes. There were a limited amount of very small red onions and cucumber. I usually order from the other locations and decided to give this one a try. I ordered two falafel pitas because we both don’t eat meat. We received one falafel and the other chicken, so one of us didn’t get to eat and our meal was thrown out and wasted. The bag said prepared by “Andy” and funny enough it even included that he “checked for accuracy” (he definitely did not). I called the store and they said they can’t do anything about it (I’ve worked in food and usually when we mess up that badly we have someone deliver the right order to fix our mistake), we had to just get a refund from skip, but we had already waited 1hour for that food just for one of us to have to go hungry, very bad customer service, also embarrassing they check off for accuracy while sending two vegetarians a chicken pita.
