I have been to Tim Hortons stores all across the country and I have never had a positive experience that I always have at the Saskatoon Broadway location. I can understand why this store has received numerous awards from the company's evaluators. The store has recently gained a new manager, Ivonne, who is outstanding not only in maintaining the excellent reputation of the store but in taking a real interest in the customers. At each (daily) visit, she patiently listens to, and smiles at, my broken Spanish as I order my coffee. She is very friendly, cheerful and focused, and her naturally confident and warm manner endears her to her staff and customers; I can see that clearly. I also want to give a shout-out to the young staff who are remarkably dedicated, so much fun, and who always greet me with a wonderful smile and kindness. I want to identify them as I know them by name: Mansi, Jashan, Neha, Pawan, Komal, Aman and Amal. They make my day...every day! Thanks to these young people, and who always work hard and who contribute in an important way to the great reputation of Broadway...
Read moreWent to grab 4 large ice caps today at 1245pm. This man came in and asked for his water bottle to be filled. He asked for ice and the employee told him “we have paying customers you’ll have to wait” then proceeded to tell him “how an I supposed to put it into your cup” , then told him “you’ll need to pay 10 cents for a cup. He said he’d pay and she ignored him. I stepped in and said “why won’t you give him ice out, it’s 30 degrees” she again repeated “company policy he needs to pay 10cents for a cup”. My friend stepped in and offered to pay for the cup, they ignored her. The guy left, another friend of mine went to the gas station attached and bought the poor man a cold water. The fact that they couldn’t even give the man ice on a 30+ day is ridiculous. I will never support this Tim Hortons location, and I will take my business else where. Shame because all the staff I work with utilize this Tim’s as it’s close to work! AWFUL. No humanity to be...
Read moreSo I hate to say this...there are more negatives than positives so let's start with the positives the morning staff great super friendly great listening, service and also to note great location, close to home, however when it comes to the closing shift super slow and I think the one night did it intentionally but I digress. Last night (August 10/22) I pre ordered a extra large coffee have it made 10 minutes as I was just getting my dog ready and myself I get there she is talking with the customers (which is great) but multitasking is a thing you can talk and pour at the same time. I'm not an easy person to tick off but I shouldn't have to wait on a pre order especially when my dog suffers from separation anxiety and little embarrassing at times. I am leaving 2 stars as its no 5 stars...no tims is however for a gas station coffee shop, to conclude morning service great, night service eh that could use some working on or some fresh faces...
