Ignition Eatery — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

I've eaten food from ignition twice now The first time was reheated left overs and it was still amazing so naturally i had to try it fresh. I picked up take out from them last night after a family outing and even though I'm a bit of self proclaimed burger snob, the ignition burger is quickly becoming my favourite around town. It so simple yet so delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the interior of the restaurant it self. I would definitely keep them at the top of the list for an outing with or without the kids. Staff behind the bar were very friendly and seemed passionate about what they as far as I could tell from the quick visit I had to pick up my food. Rooting for this buisness and I hope they're successful and around for a long time! Only critique is I wish they more varieties of burger, because the smoked patty is unreal! We found this restaurant on skip. We are always wanting to try something new. We decided to venture out to check out the restaurant as we were curious if the menu in house was bigger then the online menu. This place did not disappoint. It will now be our favorite spot. The atmosphere was perfect! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Sonny was a delight. We could tell he is very passionate about what he does and also very knowledgeable. And the food. Omg, the food! My husband had the ribs. 1 piece of rib was bigger then my arm. I had the brisket tacos. The food was bursting with flavor. Such a fantastic meal and the tasty wiskey was a plus. The waitstaff were friendly and gave extra advice for local activities as we were on vacation. They were also patient when our son accidentally knocked his water over. The bathrooms were very clean. Our entrees were fresh in-house cooked. However, the nachos, though marketed as great, were bland, boring, and unlayered with shredded cheese nuked in the microwave over the top. We were surprised how long our food took to arrive given we were the only customers. My daughter's tacos were accidentally spilled on the way to the table. The second batch arrived quite quickly which made us wonder even more why it took so long for our food to arrive. The owner seemed quite nice and passionate about his enterprise. I do hope this...
