Thank you Pho Max for brining the real authentic Asisan flavor on top quality to our town.

I love how they are not stingy with the ingrediants (fresh, good quality beef, shrimp, chicken, vegetables).

I love how they make everything so fresh and bring the dish so hot (Hot food just cooked makes a HUGE difference. Really wish they can keep up this for a prolonged time, not just during the grand opening)

I also love how they made an effort to bring more authentic and restaurent quality Asian imgrediants (for example, the rice noodle texture is thin and chewy, these noodles are not found within our town. Bubble tea pearls were very tasty and chewy as well)

One thing that got me a bit sad was that they had to remove Ciltrantro from their noodles due to allergy restrictions of most customers. But I wish if they could keep some in the kitchen for those who really want it. Ciltrantro in the soup makes such a big difference, their noodle soup will taste even better with the side Ciltrantro.

But overall, I am so thankful that we have an Awesome, top quality Asian food at affortable price. LONG LIVE...

We want to say a Huge Thank You to the owner at Pho Max!! Best experience ever! We are traveling from Southern Alberta to New Brunswick, and got stuck in Sault Ste Marie since yesterday afternoon. When we looked out of our motel room door and saw the amount of snow.... there was no way of leaving. With that being said, 23 understand snow days.... but no delivery drivers available, no taxi drivers on the road and we are snowed in at the motel. We called to inquire if they had anyone who can help us with a delivery. To our surprise, and delight....he said yes! We ordered Lunch & Supper because of his kindness. Not only is the food fantastic, the presentation is in point. Very nice. This is a place to frequent if you live here, and if your passing through....you must make this a destination for food. Thank you.....Thank...

I had shrimp fresh rolls with peanut sauce and the chicken pad thai. Both were pretty decent. The fresh rolls had a little basil in them as they should and tasted nice and fresh with good sized shrimp in them and the accompanying peanut sauce with superb. The pad thai was more of a peanut sauce then it was traditional flavors. I asked for spicy and I got what I asked for. It was the perfect amount of heat and to pretty tasty dish, so not quite what I was expecting when I ordered pad thai. When I was there before I got the pho and I remember thinking that there wasn't a lot of flavor in it and not a whole lot of protein for the price. But it wasn't bad either.

All in all that was a decent sit down at lunch. The server was super friendly with a very warm smile, food came fairly quickly, and it was a good...

Best pho in Sault Ste Marie! Growing up in the GTA, I’ve eaten at a lot of different pho places, so pho is very dear to me. One of the biggest grievances was not having a good value pho place in town… until now! While price is higher than in Toronto/Vancouver, it is definitely more value than its competitor: 24.99 vs 21 for xl special Quality is comparable, taste is more authentic pho, and gives basil with meal. With pho they provide fresh bean sprouts, basil, and lime. As well as chopsticks, spoon, sriracha, and hoisin sauce for the OG pho experience. They also have a full menu of other Vietnamese dishes which is not available anywhere else in the Soo to try. Will definitely be coming back to try their vermicelli, rice, and congee dishes!
