When Tim Hortons staff can't serve a coffee properly, then they better close their doors. I ordered a coffee with ONE cream and the coffee apparently was way too white for one cream.. Since the newly hired staff possibly does not drink Coffee but Tea only, it seems they have no clue how the coffee should taste. The main problem is that Tim Horton is no longer a Canadian Company but a Company run by non-Canadians only. Rarely you would find any Canadians or people born in Canada working there. The main reason is that the new owners have to recover the Premium cost they already paid to purchase the store by importing workers on LMIA and in return, those poor unqualified workers pay these owners a hefty sum under the table (some thing like close to $30K - $50K) to immigrate to Canada along with their families.. What a nice scheme.. The owners get literally a Free Tim Hortons franchise and the workers get their immigration status… What a Scam being ignored by Canadian Immigration.. I know Canadian immigration is well aware of this fraud and the other frauds that are taking place but they do not take any action. Everyone is very lazy unfortunately. Where is the outrage? This illegality must stop and everyone who purchased Tim Horton’s franchise must be investigated and audited.. Tim Hortons these days do not even ask if a customer wants a receipt or not.. the reason is very obvious, they must be cheating on taxes as well.. CRA must take a note of this situation.. Please observe this and if you are given a receipt of purchase, then I will remove this...
Read moreWorst Ice Caps in town. Used to go every morning to get one. Now they are thin like water. Essentially blended milk with flavour. There is always an excuse as to why it is like that (it is too hot out, the machine was just cleaned, or that is how they are supposed to be). It is the staff doing it wrong. I have gotten Ice Caps at different times during the day at this locations and there is a huge difference depending on who is making it. Side note: when ordering through the drive-thru there is a 50/50 chance that they may make it right. Inside ordering (morning)- forget about it. It is blended milk every time. I will say that night shift usually makes them right. Every morning it is the same things. Now I order through Skip from the Tim ’s on Trunk by Pino’s (best in town) or I will go out of my way to Great...
Read moreThey can’t get an order right - and it’s never an error in your favour either. The little girl at the window stared at my credit card like it was the first time she saw one then flustered, forgot half my food. But at least she was rushing around looking busy! Poorly run and poorly managed too - the manager will dispute your complaint and hang up on you when you complain. Another time yet another hopeless little girl started arguing with me after she burnt my food and told me first it’s the toaster’s fault then that it’s MY FAULT because I didn’t tell her NOT to toast my food. It’s possible this is all they are capable of and I don’t mean to pile on but honestly I would advise to save the stress and go elsewhere until some time far in the future when they get...
