Hunger Point — Local services in Sault Ste. Marie

Really disappointed with the staff,service and quality. I ordered 4 burgers and waited for 30-40 mins and when I asked them is it ready still answer was no. And then I heard staff members talking in the kitchen that If I am in hurry I can make it myself..all this conversation was in punjabi by the staff members working in the kitchen.. Music was really loud in lobby still I could hear everything they were talking in the kitchen. And then at the time when my order was ready two staff members came to handover me the order and when of them starting shouting at me that I gave you 30 minutes time for your order to get ready but she didn't gave any time she was just lying..

Staff should be properly trained ...

Even the quality is not good ..so greasy and oily ..noodles were not cooked properly ..

I was a regular customer at Hunger Point up until now. I picked up this lovely looking desert from them earlier today and I was enjoying it to the fullest, suddenly I felt something inedible and I chewed on it for a good second only to realize it was a human nail. Upon further inspection by my friend, he figured out it was a toe-nail. I have never been this disgusted in my entire life to the point that I will throw up everything. When I called the store, the lady that answered it completely denied and tried to tell me it would have been a pistachio shell upon which I told them that I’m definitely not cooking a story up - they offered me to return to the store and pick up another order. I will never ever order from them, infact I’m horrified to order a takeout from any restaurant for the rest of my life....

Rhe food was absolutely amazinf. My brother and I both got the butter chicken. Mine was a regular and his spicy. The regular butter chicken is amazing. Full of flavour and the portion is absolutely awesome. The spicy butter chicken again was amazing. Thwy added the right amaount of spice to the dish to properly compliment it.

Othwr then the food the dessert we got was amazing. The sweetness and tang to it was out of this world.

Next the staff. The workers at Hunger Point are fantastic. They helped us umdsrarand just exactly what the dishes were and was very polite.

I would definitely recommend Hunger Point to anyone lookong dor wholesome good Ol' Soul Food. I can say that you will not be disappoint. We will definitely be coming back for more of tour wonderful dishes...
