⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fico Fusion Cuisine – A Hidden Gem in Port Perry From the moment we stepped into Fico Fusion Cuisine, we felt like VIP guests. Chef Ram greeted us warmly by name, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch—it immediately set the tone for an exceptional evening. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with a perfect balance of upscale and relaxed. Shortly after we were seated, Chef Ram surprised us with a complimentary appetizer, beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. It was an unexpected gesture that made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated. We started off with the Fico cocktail, and wow—it was absolutely fabulous. Refreshing, balanced, and with a unique twist that you won’t find anywhere else in town. It's a must-try for any cocktail lover. For our mains, we ordered the Penne Chicken and the Grilled Salmon. The penne was cooked al dente, coated in a rich, savory sauce, and the chicken was perfectly tender and juicy. The Grilled Salmon was a standout—fresh, flaky, and seasoned just right, served on a bed of lightly sautéed vegetables that complemented the dish perfectly. Every dish we tried was executed with care and passion. The flavors were bold yet balanced, the presentation was elegant, and the portion sizes were generous. To top it all off, the service throughout the night was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive. If you're in Port Perry and looking for a dining experience that combines warm hospitality, high-end fusion cuisine, and a personal touch, Fico Fusion Cuisine is the place to go. We left with full stomachs and happy hearts—thank you, Chef Ram, for a memorable evening. We’ll definitely be back!

When I heard of this restaurant being in the area, I was very excited. I live 40 minutes further out from Port Perry and my town has no Tamil restaurants. I was incredibly disappointed. Food was ok - I’ve had better. Overpriced for small portions. The same kinds of dishes just down in Oshawa or Whitby at a Tamil-Sri Lankan restaurant can be bought for more than half the price they’re selling here and bigger portions. 2 mutton rolls shouldn’t cost 12 dollars. 1 kothu roti shouldn’t cost over 20 dollars. I think the owner knows he’s got a bit of a monopoly on South Indian/Sri Lankan food in the area and has marked up his prices to reflect this for local (white) people who don’t know any better. Tamil food is not a pretend-luxury gourmet. It’s a comfort food - it’s part of our culture and a way to share our culture with non-Tamils. Owner has clearly lost sight of that. As a fellow Tamil, I had higher/better expectations. I was very excited to finally have a Tamil restaurant near home. I ordered my takeout, talked with one of the Tamil server girls there about how upset I was about the pricing and left the restaurant with my food, feeling very sad and heartbroken. I’m sorry to say I probably wont go here anymore. This was a first and a last time.

Decided to try this place as it was getting great reviews from other locals we know. Went on a Monday evening and it was quite dead inside, but that can be expected on a Monday. Lots of parking available when we pulled up in three seperate vehicles. Our group was immediately greeted with a warm smile and seated right away. Their drink and food menu is quite extensive and it was honestly, quite hard to choose. Ordered by our table was the; calamari, clams in white wine garlic sauce, Greek salad, stuffed baked salmon, fico's chicken fried rice, fico's salad with bacon wrapped scallops and I had the Korma with Shrimp. It should be noted that my meal comes with naan and rice, which it does not specify. Everything come out at once and served hot. My boyfriend thought the Fico's salad should have been a bit bigger but he did love dressing that came with it. My meal, Korma, was seasoned soo well. For those who like spicy, I'd give it a 3 out of 10. Would have liked some more heat. The stuffed baked salmon I'm told was very good and with a nice size serving of pasta. Everyone was happy with their order and we all agreed, we'd go back to try something else as their menu has more that looks delicious.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fico Fusion Cuisine, and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped through the door, the atmosphere immediately set the tone for an elevated dining experience. The sleek, modern decor with subtle touches of warmth creates a welcoming yet sophisticated ambiance.

The menu at Fico is a beautiful blend of innovative fusion dishes that incorporate flavors from various cultures, each dish telling its own unique story. Every bite was a delightful journey, with fresh, high-quality ingredients taking center stage. Whether you’re a fan of Asian-inspired dishes, Mediterranean influences, or Latin flavors, Fico offers something to satisfy every palate.

I started with the Tempura Shrimp Tacos, a perfect balance of crispy shrimp, fresh veggies, and a tangy aioli that left my taste buds dancing. For the main course, I had the Wagyu Beef Ramen—a perfect harmony of savory broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and tender wagyu that melted in my mouth. The flavors were rich yet balanced, and the presentation was impeccable.

The service was attentive without being intrusive, and our server was more than happy to recommend wines that paired beautifully with each course. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in both the food and the experience they provide.

In summary, Fico Fusion Cuisine delivers a dining experience that is not to be missed. Whether you're a food enthusiast or someone looking for a night out, this restaurant offers an exceptional blend of flavors and service that will leave you craving...
