Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

I've been coming to this place ever since I was a kid in elementary. Would walk or have my parents pick up pizza here. And I've been a regular customer with them for about 20 years for the pizzas. Things have changed definitely over the years but I can say the environment and atmosphere is still there and I feel everytime excited to get my pizza. It's been a reasonable price getting the pizzas. It does overtime get hard when left out but if you warm them up in your toaster oven for a few minutes microwave for a few seconds, it still tastes good.

So I can say I'm definitely happy they've still been here since back 20 years ago. I'd recommend anyone to go here. Take it from me.

UPDATE: Okay so I noticed that there's been a few different staff at night. And I noticed that some of these staff aren't as "going out of their way" for their customers especially 30-20 minutes before closing. Now I'm not sure but from experience with some of them at night, these staff just either don't want to "Go out of their way" and make it worth the while for the customer or they're just lazy and want their shift to end. I have had many times the previous staff go out of their way for myself and other customers to make a fresh pizza or crazy bread before closing and these current staff doing the evening/nights are absolutely not good customer service. I will most definitely not be doing business with those individual staff members if I see them and I would advise that the management rethinks their teachings on giving care of their customers before their own laziness or time. If better not, i will eventually take my business elsewhere to another...

Stopped by Little Caesars today to grab a quick snack and sample their new Crazy Puffs. Opted for both the pepperoni and the 3 cheese and herb flavors. The taste was on point, but there was a slight downside — they had cooled down considerably by the time we got home, despite our short 5-minute drive.

I have to admit, customer service seemed to be taking a day off at this location. It's as if it's on vacation itself!

The ambiance is what you'd expect from a Little Caesars joint — no frills, just that familiar vibe. Considering the constant flow of customers, it's commendable that the place maintained an acceptable level of cleanliness throughout the day.

Funny enough, I have a sneaking suspicion that this Little Caesars might owe its continued existence to the dispensary conveniently located nearby. But hey, who's complaining? A quick bite after a trip next door doesn't...

I ordered a pizza off of skip today and it was for some reason on pick up as I never order pick up its always delivery, Called to cancel pick up and get delivery instead. They still proceeded to make the order and then claimed that they "didnt speak english, or understood me and couldnt help me" then hung up on me three times. They also claimed they never made my order after I asked them to for delivery... but skip insisted that they DID make it and it was ready for pick up. I am now out 40.00 and two pizzas. They proceeded to hang up on me when i asked where my order was....and said skip was making excuses. so they in fact either made my order and stole it and lied to skip, or just didnt make my order and still lied to skip saying that they did make it.....WORST experience ever. Don't order from here...
