Booster Juice — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

My daughter had just had an orthodontist appointment with a new appliance put in. Her mouth was sore so we decided to get a smoothly after because she couldn't eat. The Asian lady at the tills tone of voice gave off an annoyance while my daughter decided what to order. She was very short with us, looked irritable and kept conversing with the other Asian women in a different language. After we paid I said thank you and she glared at us. The smoothie we recieved was definitely not made correctly and tasted like water with strawberry. We then went to the Emerald Hills Booster Juice following this and got the exact same smoothie and it tasted completely different. It was great. Over all, it was a terrible experience and we won't go back to this...

I came in to redeem my free birthday drink. I was using the app, and it required me to verify my email to redeem my drink (even though I've had the app for years and have made purchases using it), each link it sent me via email was broken, they sent me 11 links. I figured this was something the store could overlook, but I was turned away and told to come back on a day that's not my birthday... there was no one in the store when I got there, and the second worker even started making my drink order while the first worker, I'm assuming a manager of sorts, scanned my app and told me to come back. So I guess they, or the garbage, gets a free drink on my birthday, but I dont because your app isnt working? Thanks! I will...

The staff is always really friendly here and greets you as soon as you walk in. It's a fairly large Booster Juice, with ample seating and waiting area. There is a large parking lot with plenty of spots directly in front of the store.
