This is the worst hamburger I have ever eaten ! I have dined at many hamburger joints and these hamburgers are hurendous to say the least. It's possible it could be the people cooking these burgers because mine was extremely crunchy all around the edges which indicates to me that this burger was overcooked and had little flavor. This was my very first time visiting this particular location or any Burger Priest establishments and it would my last . If these people and/or cooks" if you want to call them that " cannot get a hamburger right then that's not saying much about who's behind the scenes hiring these particular individuals and those responsible for training !
I had received communication from the owner of this establishment to forward an email to them so they could make this situation right. I did send that email and have received no answer or feedback from the owner because they do not want to " redeem the burger " that was made a complete mess of and totally overcooked by their inexperienced staff members. I would recommend strongly that people do not eat here at this particular location. Good business sense starts with taking corrective actions when one or more of your employees turn out a product that certainly does not live up to the standards and formula to cook a burger that is supposed to be " The Burgers Priest " which indicates that this burger should be in fact a delicious burger which it was not ! Perhaps you are false advertising and making marketing claims that are in fact to steer the general public in the Edmonton area into the ideological thought process that somehow your burgers and business stands out from the crowd. This is simply not the case and you need to start the reimbursement process to make things right for the people who actually built your business for you.
The owner of this business will reach out to you especially after leaving a negative review. Once you send an email to follow up on your review you will not hear from the owner and/or owners of this establishment. The response from the owner regarding your review is just to lead people astray and to give the general public the illusion that these owners care enough to make things right. They don't , period !

Read moreWe had gift cards for here so decided to try it and all 3 of us still feel sick from the greasy burgers. As you pick your burger up the grease just drips out, absolutely disgusting. The gravy for the poutine was good and they actually use cheese curds. However the fries were extremely salty and over 90% end cuts that were burnt and too hard to eat. The California burger is more expensive but smaller than the others they offer. Not to mention the bun is small and squished, like why? There were no straws or napkins out for use and trust me with all that grease you need a LOT. They were not busy at 5pm yet the garbage pails were completely full and the tables/chair's dirty. Had to be atleast 7-8 worker's that i counted but nobody to clean? And don't get me started on the filthy bathrooms! Extremely dirty, no hand soap and no towels to dry my hands. The male worker in the front saw me come out with soaking wet hands but never offered me anything and ignored my request.
In the twenty five minutes we spent there over 9 Skip the Dishes couriers came in and out. One guy really stood out who was in a very crusty mood. He grabbed the person's order with 2 milkshakes and stormed out the door. We watched him throw the bag of food in his backseat of his car. So whomever got that order would have their food and drinks ruined. He was driving an older silver Honda car, couldn't get his plate number because of the grease on our hands.
Just an awful experience all around, worker's aren't friendly and definitely won't return. I'd be shocked if they're open in 6 month's still. As we were leaving a family of 5 came in and their bill came to almost $120 (no milkshakes) Way overpriced and why are they not using lean meat?! McDonald's would be a better less expensive choice than this place. Should have left after seeing the state of the bathrooms, disgusting! Also they play their music way too loud in this place.
The only money they make is from online orders that get thrown with force in delivery vehicles. Save yourself and go a few doors down to A&W or next door to Mary...

The staff is friendly and patient, which is a blessing when you're dining with kids who might need a moment to decide between all the tempting options. The menu is filled with a variety of creative burger combinations that cater to both adventurous eaters and those who prefer something classic. For the kids, the straightforward cheeseburger was a hit, offering juicy beef patties in a soft bun that disappeared quickly, along with a side of crispy fries.
The highlight of the visit was the quality of the ingredients. You can taste the difference with fresh, well-seasoned beef and perfectly melted cheese, making every bite a delight. The seating is comfortable and the decor playful, which adds to the overall experience, especially for little ones who appreciate fun details like quirky wall art.
However, it's worth noting that the space can get quite busy during peak hours, which might mean a bit of a wait. But the buzz adds to the lively atmosphere, and the anticipation makes the burgers taste even better when they finally arrive.
