I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your Subway store on 17 October 2025 at approximately 8:00 PM. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted by the staff member on duty, and instead was met with an unfriendly demeanor and what appeared to be a disapproving facial expression. Throughout the interaction, I remained polite and respectful, yet the service I received was unprofessional and discourteous. When I politely requested that my sandwich be toasted a second time, the staff member initially refused, stating it would make the sandwich hard. After I confirmed that I was fine with that, she reluctantly agreed, but did so with a visible expression of annoyance and responded, “Your wish,” in a dismissive tone. This has been my go-to location for quite some time, but after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering returning. It is disheartening to receive such treatment, especially as a loyal customer. I believe that customer service is a crucial aspect of any food establishment, and unfortunately, it was severely lacking during my visit. I hope that the ownership and management team will take this feedback seriously and address the issue appropriately with the staff involved.
