Terrible experience.
Delivery: The last three times IN A ROW they've have forgotten items and many more before. Even when I've specifically requested/made notes in the order to NOT forget the item knowing they would and they did forget the items. It's very frustrating and ruins the over all meal. They do not package their items well at all.
My Big Dipper sandwich au jus was open and spilled all over making the button bun completely soggy literally falling apart. I don't think anyone wants to eat mushy soggybread. They have forgotten then Au jus before and the horseradish mayo multiple times!
Jambalaya fettuccine they always forget your garlic bread and when you pay extra for the cheese garlic bread they forget as well which is that extra frustrating.
Chicken Thai bites are a 50/50 shot you'll get them in your order. Don't even bother ordering
Any sides you get with your order they have forgotten, my salad, fries, spaghetti, garlic mashs. Have been forgotten multiple times.
Someone needs to be checking the order that are leaving or have someone competent enough I'm not sure what's going on at this Boston Pizza.
Dine in: Staff are okay, it's a coin toss if you get someone good. Or someone rude or dismissive. It's loud and lots of kids but it IS a family/sports restaurant so you expect that. The food is good and portions are the same as delivery, just slower service.

That last one took three tries to get it right and bring it out, that’s unbelievable and over 6 minutes to get the first wrong one brought out to us!
The only redeeming quality is the food was warm when we got it!
The manager on duty had no clue and no answers to one simple q. I asked three times before I finally gave up (why does that client have a fish bowl of water?) I discovered later by reading the menu it’s fishbowl fridays but that manager couldn’t answer he just stood there for four minutes literally four minutes and did nothing
The waitress tried to tell me I had to spend a minimum of 16.99 for my son to eat free when it advertises on a massive sign out front kids eat free!! Then the manager came right behind her and said no he eats free this month!
It’s appalling the amounts charged vs the service and qualities/quantities of food absolutely ridiculous how over cooked the Thai bites were and not getting the em rest of the bugs and cheese dish

Read moreWe’ve been going to Boston Pizza for years, as long as I can remember but over the past 10 years quality has gone way downhill. I often get the beef dip, which is now the Philly cheesesteak sandwich (something like that) I used to get a decent piece of roast beef on those but now its tiny little shavings, only a fraction of what it used to be. We’ve been ordering less and less frequently over the last couple years but I think this will be it from now on because the value is just not there for the money.
We tried to order online today to the grenier location but after going through all the questions and options I could not select cash for delivery so then I phoned my order in. I had the person repeat the whole order back to me and it was all correct but when we received the order, the pizza bread was missing the cheese and my whole sandwich was missing, my side was there though. I called back and they offered to replace it and said “don’t worry it’s free of charge.” except I had already paid for one I didn’t receive so I thought that was odd to say. Then upon receiving my replacement order, the sauce was not contained properly and leaked in the box. My sandwich was soggy and disgusting but at this point I’ve already been waiting so long I ate what I could and moved on, it just really sucks that...
