This was my first time ordering from Freshly Squeezed. The menu is huge! Not all of it is bubble tea. They also have smoothies and dessert. I had peach oolong tea with passion fruit popping boba. The tea was good, a little sweet but not overwhelming. I think ice was added to it before the tea, but given how hot the tea was, it melted all the ice. I would recommend adding extra ice for this one as it tasted much better when I did so at home. I'm also going to try it with less sweetener next time. Medium size was just right. When I asked the person at the store about what milk alternatives they have for the milk teas, he said they have almond milk and soy milk (he may have also mentioned oat milk but I don't remember for sure). I was very happy to hear this and am looking forward to trying a milk tea with soy milk next time.

edit for owner: you’re totally welcome for the feedback, i’m glad it’s not too much of a problem for you! FYI i was not able to pay with cash. (i was told there wasn’t enough change, i was going to pay with a $20 bill.) I was so excited that there was a bubble tea place in the mall, however this was probably worst tasting bubble tea i’ve ever had lol. tastes like sour garbage water with a bit of sugar in it. i paid for extra boba in my drink… i definitely don’t think i got extra boba. as well, they don’t take cash and the lady who took my order was talking on the phone. The cheese cake is AMAZING tho! it’s super overpriced ($10 a slice) but it’s heavenly.

This is by far the worst bubble tea that we've ever had - what a disappointment! The tea flavour was barely there (if they steep the tea, maybe they only used one bag in a large container of water?!?!) and it wasn't very sweet. It wasn't just our order, either. The woman who received her order before us took a sip and asked if it was supposed to taste like water, followed by her son making a face when he took a sip of his. I wish I hadn't paid nearly $30 for bubble tea that could hardly pass as poorly-flavoured water. If you want good bubble tea in St. Albert, go to Tealicious or Quickly down the road.

worst costomer service i went to st albert centre 375 st .Albert trail T8N 3K8 i ordered 2 sugarcane and they were discusting one of them had alot ginger in it and the other they mixed the waterto increase the quantity of the sugarcane. Never go there again. They need to improve their service quality. Its not worth the money.so dont say that u didn't serve. Better to ask your employee who made it. Here is the receipt attached to it, where it clearly shows the payment time and date as well, in case you might be doubting about the location. Also, you must respect your customers who visit there and spend money to get good quality service. And why u removed my review which is not fake u asked me to attach reciept after that when i attached it u removed the review. Improve your service quality instead of removing bad reviews.

Just show some respect alteast and mind your language!

you give the discount to mall employee that's y we asked for discount. If u saying we mishaved to your employee u have cameras in your store u can check it there we haven't said anything so dont lie here we were never rude to anyone. we know we paid to work and we respect our workplace and we respect our people who come to our and we respect their time and money. Better to tell your employees you pay them so teach them how to treat people who come to your store paying their money to get good service. They should do justice to you. From the morning you bullying us. U should make habit to accept your mistake. First review was with my real name which you removed it and this is also my real id. Secondly, You saying to your employees to put bad review in kurves beauty bar page from fake id's n you think we will never know she even have not get the service done from our store and she putting the review i also have that screenshot. Its illegal to put review under company name where you not get any service. And you telling us we are lier. Lastly we are not newcomers we are Permanent Residence and we know how to behave people. we never lied and bullied anyone. we respect everyone but you can see your language that you put in every comment. I also got all screenshot that shows how you treat people. You need to learn the soft skills to talk people. You saying us jahil and gawaar did u check your behaviour. so please show some respect people who come to your store and give some respect to your...

Do not go here. Completely wrong order given to me multiple times and workers not understanding how the order was wrong despite the drink looking nothing like the photo or having the same ingredients.

Not worth it for bubble tea. The workers had a hard time taking my order, I don’t know if it’s hard to hear in there. The guy who took my order needed it clarified a couple of times. I ordered something I thought was simple, a small milky tea pearl tea with tapioca. When I tried to point out which picture it was on the menu and where it was on the menu, he brushed me off and said he knew which one it was. He mischarged me for the tapioca even though the drink came with it. He gave me back the dollar which was fine.

When I get my order, it’s some kind of slushy blended bubble tea with brown sugar syrup. I let them know this isn’t what I ordered. What I ordered shouldn’t be blended, it should be a milk tea with ice and tapioca in it. I pointed to the picture and the workers start telling me that’s it’s supposed to be like a slushy. The picture is not a slushy consistency and what I ordered literally is called a milky tea. They say they can remake it with less ice. They remake it and it’s still wrong and the cup isn’t even full. It was the same slushy thing with brown sugar syrup I didn’t order and they insisted it was correct.

Do not go here. If you want a bubble tea, go to an actual...
