I think I can scarcely remember a worse Tim Hortons experience. They were absolutely slammed on a busy shopping day before Christmas but we lined up anyway, assuming it was volume. It took SO long for the two staff members to take and clear orders. The crew member on the sandwich line was working in slow motion, and yet all of the items we received were messily constructed and smushed awkwardly in the bag. They were out of crispy chicken and wedges at noon. So they were clearly failing to plan ingredient management. Wedges we got were inexplicably damp. Bag ended up dripping in grease; looked like it had been stepped on. I don't understand the management decision to only staff at two team members on one of the busiest days of the year in shopping malls, during the lunch rush. I get that times are tough, but if you don't want to be in the fast food business then don't be in the fast food business. I watched people leave the line while we waited for our lunch. I wish I'd made the same choice. Next time, if I want timmies, I'll know it's worth the drive to some other location....
Read moreThis location seems to constantly have a staff turnover. Always someone new, always someone slow. Placed a mobile order as per usual because I work in this mall and don’t have 30 minutes to place an order. Almost an hour later and after coming back to see if it was ready three times already, I got the attention of one of the staff to see if maybe someone else had walked off with my order. Instead if just making the ONE small coffee I ordered, this person snapped at me Angrily saying they’re BUSY. Great well I should have just stood in the lineup instead because 30 people AFTER my order was placed were served. Can people not pour more than one coffee at once? Is this rocket science?? I get that you’re busy. I didn’t realize ONE coffee would take that long, but I gave you an entire HOUR and then you snap at me?! Not one person at this place can crack a smile or give positive...
Read moreI’ve gone here multiple times over the last 7 years but as of next week I’m I’ll be officially moving to Fort Saskatchewan so I’ll be back way less frequently. So I just wanted to say thank you to this Tims as I’ve walked to it way too many times to count as I lived like a 7 minute walk away across the river behind the mall. Anyways sometimes in the 7 years hasn’t always been perfect but I’m very understanding and I’m always patient as I respect those that work at this Tims as it looks chaotic at times but they always do well for me. Basically thank you for the last 7 years and the many breakfast wraps, English muffins and ice Capps. Oh also the grilled cheese and wedges too. I do PPV to come back ever now and then if I’m in town. But my time in St Albert as a main resident is switching to Fort Saskatchewan next Monday. It’s been good 👍 cheers to this Timmy’s...
