I placed a drive thru order round 2:30 am. Mozza burger combo with red onions, sweet potato fries, root beer and double Mozza combo no tomato sweet potato fries, iced tea. took 15 minutes to get the order after I paid.
I didn't look in the bag (my fault I guess) got home 6.3 km away had no double burger and they didn't put any red onions on the single, I had to drive back. I told them what was wrong and asked for new fries. After 5 min I got my new order (I looked in the bag).
After getting back home, My GF didn't finish her burger cause they just added HUGE red onion slices to her old burger and took off the tomato. The burger was cold and crap also she wanted the tomato on the single I was the one who didn't want the tomato on the double. There wasn't enough chipotle sauce to enjoy our fresh new fries.

I only found out because I did the total in my head and asked for a receipt which the supervisor Debbie was reluctant to give me. The supervisor admitted she never tells people and the rest of the staff admitted the same. Technically that is theft and a misrepresentation of the company you work for. Nothing like ripping off the customer. When I called her out on it she immediately threatened to call security because I advised her she should be telling people about the up charge and asked for a refund. Her response to a refund was oh well too bad. She again threatened to call security, I advised I will file a complaint to A&W and this. Right in front of customers, he started screaming at an employee for no reason at all. It was loud, rude, and totally inappropriate. I paid nearly $20 for a combo that wasn’t even good. The food was cold, the gravy tasted fishy like it was sitting there for a week, and the customer service by “Steve” (the store owner) was terrible.
