☆☆☆Update☆☆☆ We moved far from the area a year ago and recently moved not quite back but close. Due to the fact that your service and quality is unmatchable no matter where we moved, we decided to make the drive to St.Catharines to your place on Fourth ave. You didn't forget us! This week we decided to return, and only this time when we got back we found our pizza had been cut. I quickly called, hoping to be told not to worry, the guy knows us and used a clean cutter to prevent a trip to the emergency room (not currently in my city). Unfortunately for me, all we got when calling was a frustrated woman who explained that she "saw it online but it wasn't on the bill so..." I pointed out that I could die if I eat this as is, and she snapped back that; "it wasn't on the bill so what do you want do?" A third explanation led her to offer to remake it reluctantly, and her whole attitude is why I told her that two out of town drives for cold pizza isn't right. She scoffed again so I hung up. After all these years... I guess I'm done with pizza. ☆☆☆Update☆☆☆

Read moreWalked in at 10 to 3, looked at the menu (super hard to read by the way, settle with the flames) and when I asked for the special they said it ended at 3 so I couldn't get it even though it ended 5 minutes ago and I got there before 3. Fine, what ever. The pizza in general is really expensive, and for a 12 slice no less. They also didn't offer anything smaller than 12 slices (just wanted a personal pizza or you know, the 2 slice deal which i couldn't get. I walked out without buying anything and won't be going back. Ps why was the person working wearing pyjamas??
Update: I think it's bad business to call someone a liar who was writing a 100% honest review of their experience. When you go through the reviews for Fabios, as an owner, the issues are always deflected back onto the customer. At what point do you take responsibility for providing a service that made someone unhappy, and just own up and say "I'm sorry, we'll do better next time." I don't want anything out of this experience except for you to learn some compassion for the people who go to your business and are looking to support you. I didn't ultimately make a purchase because your business couldn't sell itself to me between the menu offering, prices and employee attitude. Read moreWe have not been to Fabio’s for a very long time due the same things I will be mentioning in this review! I ordered a tray to be picked up at 520pm today and I called at 430pm. The time was right however my pizza was wrong AGAIN! I asked for a tray of pizza, extra cheese, which we did not get, extra pepperoni, which we did not get, bacon, sausage and extra mushrooms on half. That last part, they only did the half part but not extra. I paid for my pizza, she gave it to me and I looked at it and asked where is all the extra stuff that I ordered. She looked on the computer and said it was not entered like I said and how I wanted it. Started to say well I can offer you and I interrupted and said I don’t want anything. I just want you guys to make the pizza the way the customer wants it! Not what you think we want. We like our pizza a certain way and are willing to pay for it. I work hard for my money to provide for my family to have a treat for just one night and to have it messed up is just down right annoying.
