Their bouncer committed assault and battery against me last night. After stepping outside for some fresh air while a friend was having a smoke, I was singled out and told I could not come back in. When I asked "why?", a very simple and reasonable question, the bouncer placed both hands around my neck, pushed me against the wall and choked me. This was an unprovoked, intentional act of violence against me for the sole purpose of causing me harm. This was not an effort to escort me from the premises, it was a direct personal attack. I have bruising, pain and difficulty swallowing now, all because the violent psychopath employed by this establishment is incapable of mature, reasonable, and intelligent verbal discussion with someone he perceives an issue with.
My tab for the evening was $25.50, it is difficult to imagine this lowly sum as being capable of purchasing enough alcohol to inebriate me to the point of disorderly conduct. The bouncer could not provide me a valid reason for excluding me from peacefully socializing with my friends, and immediately resorted to violence against me for attempting to discuss the issue with him. It is shameful that Fiddler's Pour House would employ such an unstable, violent, immature and unreasonable individual. He should be terminated for cause IMMEDIATELY! It is never acceptable for bar staff to physically harm any patron without provocation. His actions were criminal, he broke the law by assaulting and battering me...
Read moreFirst time here. Wanted to try something different. Should’ve seen the red flags. This place is used and abused. Lunch time and there were only 4 other guests who only ordered drinks. We were 2 guests. Wife ordered caprese chicken sandwich with side fries. She was told the sandwich was popular and a good choice and the fries are really good. Then overheard the server telling another guest that the fries weren’t very good compared to what they used to have. I ordered the Korean chicken burger and side soup which was taco soup. Our orders came out at separate times. I started with the soup which was half grease with soggy tortillas. Wife’s order came and the fries were terrible frozen Costco fries. Caprese chicken sandwich was just blah. My Korean chicken was not just undercooked, it was raw! Took one bite, spit it out, cut it open and the whole thing was pink. 🤮 I will never go back here for anything and would highly recommend no one either. Shame on this place for attempting to serve...
Read moreWent in there after a 2pm Ice Dogs game. Had heard about their $0.75 wings on Sundays and was excited for that. Service was great from the wait staff, but it took them 1/2 an hour to make the first 10 wings I ordered (good thing I had water) along with my friends meals who got fish n chips and the other got a burger. As soon as my wings came out I asked to order another 10. After 20 minutes my second round of 10 wings came out, my friends were already done their meals and I was well complete with my first 10. After my second round of 10 wings we left. I was still hungry because the wings were quite small but myself along with my friends were not willing to wait around for me to get more wings. I ordered a small poutine to go thinking it wouldn't take long to make but low and behold, 25 minutes after putting that order in and paying our bills it finally came out. A 45 minute to an hour dinner turned into a 2 hour...
