We just happened to be walking by because we where going to an event at the Meridan Centre. Well I’m glad we stopped because Stone Pizza was one of the best thin crest pizza’s that I have ever had! We where greeted by Taylor who explained everything to us. You can buy from the menu or custom make your own pizza with all you can choice as part of the more than reasonable price! They prepare the dough and then you walk down a line selecting your sauce, your cheese (so many to choice from), your meats, vegetables, and other toppings. Taylor guided us through the custom pizza making experience. She topped our pizza’s with all the ingredients we picked (again for such a reasonable price). Taylor took our 3 pizza’s and put them into the oven. After they are cooked, they even have a selection of flavored sauces that they drizzle over your pizza giving it more wow! Once they were ready, the pizza’s where delivered to our tables. You are missing out if you don’t visit Score Pizza located at 211 St. Paul Street in St. Catharines. Can’t wait to go back!!!! The place was so clean including the washrooms. Great atmosphere!

We ordered Score Pizza after watching for weeks on Instagram about their new opening. I was so happy to see that the build your own pizza menu on Uber Eats allows you to put all of the toppings (if you desire). There is no limit! You can even request the sauce on the side. When it arrived, it was still hot. We were so excited to try it out and were not disappointed at all. The stone fired pizza was fresh, cooked perfectly so it wasn't soggy nor overcooked. It was so tasty! We added some veggies and then pepperoni, chicken AND steak. What a great combo! The best part was the brownies we ordered as well. They're huge, sweet, decadent, and the perfect pairing for some yummy pizza. The price point is quite reasonable for what you get and the high quality. Overall a great experience. Will for sure be ordering from here again!

I was wanting to try this place for some time. The kids and I were all in the mood for pizza so it was the perfect opportunity to try it out and go for a walk downtown. When you walk it’s very modern and cozy at the same time in my opinion. It was very clean inside. We ordered a few different things from their menu including 2 pizzas 2 different lemonades and a cake pop. We all agreed the pizza was very tasty. Light and crispy. We tried pepperoni and a cheese pizza both were good. The girl who made our pizza on 11/02/24 was very friendly and informative. We thought it was a very nice experience.

I ordered off of uber eats yesterday and my order came with all of the wrong toppings. I chose a make your own and specified no meat, which was printed directly onto the order sheet and easy to read. My order was delivered with bacon and ham amongst three other toppings that not only did I not chose, but they were blatantly NOT written on the order. The pizza arrived with the order taped to the box, plain as day. I could not reach the restaurant and I was not able to eat the pizza. I chose to drive down to the restaurant even after I paid for uber delivery and tip. When I arrived there were two employees that’s appeared behind the counter. I explained the issue and the first employee proceeded to fix my order. He gave me a second pizza with the order attached again. I decided to open it before I left the store. It was completely wrong again. I pointed this out and he said whats wrong ? I literally pointed at the piece of paper that lists my toppings. It was missing three of the five items. He was apologetic as he was fixing it. The second employee proceeded to make rude and impatient gestures and was upset that I had pointed out the second mistake. When I asked if they were directed towards myself because I was very confused, she was extremely rude and argumentative. I have never dealt with someone in customer service that rude and unprofessional. The quality of the food was horrible and the service was even worst. I will never be using this service again. Uber returned my money and rectified the issue. Score pizza ? Did nothing. When I pointed out the problem they were rude and impatient and put out that I was there to have my pizza corrected. I am absolute disgusted with the customer service or lack their of that I...

Food is good . Service is no good anymore used to be really good when they first opened, but then for some reason they starting getting more pinky with the toppings even tho it was a build your own pizza and I could of put 5 meats on and I had 3 and they had a problem with making sure my pizza was to my standards. Never have they ever had a problem with putting a little more on the pizza. If I wanted a bunch I would of payed for extras that wasn't the case. The boss is the only one that takes pride in his pizza the other employees don't even put the pizza on the cooling rack. And when I asked them to put it on the cooling rack they looked at me like I had 10 heads. The whole point of the cooling rack is so that the bottom chips up and doesn't go saugy. If this is how I feel I bet alot of other people feel the same way too . Really sucks cause I do enjoy your pizza and the atmosphere but not the service. Feels like I'm annoying the employee because they are having to work. Whatever happened to service...
