Terrible costumer service. Staff its so rude all the time. I barely go here because they can't get the order right and when they screw it up they are so ignorant about it. Once had a guy actually say"oh it's wrong what do you want me to do about it" in such a rude tone my son actually said do you think that guy is ok? I've placed orders and the girl wouldn't take my order because they didn't have the button on their till instead of just walking to the inside till and getting an amount and taking my cash since the debit was down no instead she's like come inside no I just waited in your drive thru line up with kids. There is nothing wrong about the service or food but WHY is there a massive pothole right in-front of the drive thru entrance? It is always there and almost never filled. My car bottoms out on it every time. it has been like that for years and something needs to be done permanently to actually fix the problem, not just fill it with gravel every 5 months. When they started it they screwed up and had triple triples instead of double doubles. I informed them that I was in a hurry and that is why I had put in the order ahead of time.
