Twice The Deal Pizza — Restaurant in Stratford

Twice the Deal is our #1 choice for pizza in Stratford. We consistently receive food that is hot, fresh and delicious while being very reasonably priced. You'll never go hungry ordering here and more often than not, there's enough for leftovers. I also need to acknowledge the stellar service we receive every time we visit; the staff are always friendly, sincere and courteous.

We've only had one occasion over the years where we had an issue with an item in our order and called the restaurant to address it. The manager was apologetic, sincere and more than happy to replace our item. We offered to pick it up, as we live within a close distance to the restaurant but he insisted on delivering it to us. As a surprise, he also threw in some extra dips and a chocolate cake to make up for the issue.

Poor service. I tried calling the store three times. The first time, someone picked up but didn’t say anything. The next two times, there was no response at all. Honestly, it feels like the management has given up on running this place properly.

During my last visit, I was with my dog. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes, and no one acknowledged me. Eventually, a male staff member came and asked me to leave, saying dogs aren’t allowed. There was no politeness or proper communication — just a rude dismissal.

It’s really disappointing. I keep ordering only because the pizza itself is good, but the customer service and management are honestly terrible. This place needs serious...

@Twice the deal. I emailed you and was ignored. Twice. Can't reply to your comment. Why would I reach out? Also, why do you want me to send you my order details? Look through your records. Pretty simple stuff. Maybe read my emails.

This franchise has decided to put about half the toppings on anymore, it used to be a decent place. They even cut pieces of certain toppings in half. They don't spread them to the crust so most slices are half dough.

Don't try to email to inquire. They won't bother to reply to two messages. They obviously don't value their customers. Spend your money elsewhere.
