If there's anything to complain about it's the over-the-top service of this location. I feel they've come to know mostly how I tend to like my service, but at the same time from working there shortly I know they technically are supposed to meet a number of criteria to go above and beyond good service, such as holding the door for you as you enter and leave and asking you if you'd like refills or lollipops. Another thing that occasionally happens is that my order will get entered incorrectly in a minor but still substantial way, such as two double buddies with cheese being entered as two single buddies with cheese, or if they're in a rush they may not realize if their pop or juice has run out until you bring it to their attention. The only times I've had slow service has been when it's been quite busy, but still mostly reasonable unless some of the people ahead of you have incredibly large orders, which is the case for any restaurant. The food is always fresh, and when they feel their service was below par they toss in complimentary apple pies, which is something I've never been offered from a fast-food restaurant without requesting it myself. The prices may be above those of McDonald's, but the food quality and service more than make up for it. I would just recommend double-checking your orders as this is the only somewhat common mistake I've experienced from this location. Otherwise, a great friendly staff and what seems to be a moderately low turnover rate. If you work in the lot, it may be possible to get a Good Neighbour card for a 20% discount on purchases, though I've heard they've been out of stock for a while, and coupons and promotions tend to offer a more substantial discount than this. I recently had the pleasure of dining at A&W Strawberry Hills, BC, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was enjoyable, making me feel like a valued customer right from the beginning.

The menu at A&W Canada offers a fantastic range of options, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. I ordered their Chicken Buddy Burger, and it exceeded my expectations. The patty was incredibly flavorful and had a satisfying texture, making it an excellent alternative to traditional meat burgers.

The quality of the food was outstanding. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the burger was cooked to perfection. The accompanying fries were crispy and seasoned just right.

Horrible service today from Puneet. I ordered the Habanero Burger and the cashier decided to charge me extra and process the order as a Spicy Chicken. Puneet was soo rude and argued with me saying the bill was correct and she wouldn't even look at the extra charges. I calculated it and of course it was wrong. At this point it was a moral issue for me as it is not right to treat people like this when there is an obvious mistake. I was inconvenienced to come back into the restaurant and again get yelled at by Puneet. Telling me it's right and I'm wrong that there is no over charge. Not even looking at what the actual mistake was. Even when I showed her the mistake she continued to blame me. Once she spoke to the cashier who took the order and she told her that she made the mistake and even then she blames me by saying that it's my responsibility to check the screen even though the screen was not updated with any prices. Finally she processes the return and as soon as I'm walking out the door she starts talking badly about me to her colleagues. I could hear her complaining that she had to fix the mistake. The lack of customer service and arrogant attitude from Puneet was very disappointing. She seemed very comfortable giving bad service and treating people this way which is very disgusting. Puneet is very unprofessional, disrespectful and ignorant. I will not be returning to this A&W again as long as she's an employee there.
