I'm still fuming after the absolutely atrocious experience I had at this Chipotle location. The customer service was non-existent, and the manager's behavior was completely unacceptable.
First, they managed to mess up my order, which is inexcusable in itself. But what really took the cake was the way they handled the situation. Instead of apologizing and making things right, the manager was super rude and dismissive. When I tried to call back to express my frustration, they had the nerve to HANG UP ON ME AND BLOCK OUR NUMBER!
Are you kidding me?! As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy, especially when things go wrong. But this Chipotle location clearly doesn't care about their customers or their reputation.
To make matters worse, the quality of the food was also subpar. It's clear that this location is not following the usual Chipotle standards.
I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way I was treated, and I will definitely be taking my business (and my complaints) to the franchise. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHIPOTLE LOCATION. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Pooja's attitude and lack of respect towards customers was highly disappointing. When we asked for something, her response in a loud and rude tone was unprofessional and off-putting. It is crucial for all employees to treat customers with courtesy and kindness, and this aspect was clearly lacking in Pooja's interaction with us.
Additionally, the food quality I received during my visit was below par. The items were not cooked properly and tasted like they were not fresh. It felt like I was eating something of low quality, almost like it had been picked up off the ground. This experience was not only unsatisfactory but also concerning in terms of health and safety standards.
In order to maintain a positive reputation and retain loyal customers, Chipotle must address these issues promptly. Staff members like Pooja should undergo additional training on customer service etiquette, and efforts should be made to ensure that food quality is consistently high. Not a SINGLE Canadian works here. The English here is so poor that the consistently get my order wrong. There's a high school (PM) less than 3 minutes away from here. My family kids go there and applied here. Never ever heard a call back. Guess who got all the jobs there? (ONE group of people from one region).
2.2 They are always "out of" key ingredients like sour cream!! They charge you the same. See the pic from my meal. The past 10 times have been no sour cream 70% of the time. I tolerate here because of my significant other.
Customer service SUCKS and cheap out on portions. I ordered here 11 times and on the 11th time I walked out because she was giving me like 50% of what a normal chipotle gives you in terms of ingredients. The person was EXTREMELY rude and said some nasty words in their language they thought I didn't understand.
Place is so dirty and unhygienic! The employees just stand around and leave disgusting messes accumulate...
