Quiznos — Restaurant in Surrey

Won't be going back. I used to love Quiznos when the first opened up in my small town. It was something different than Subway. Have not eaten it in a few years because i have found it has become more and more Subway clone. Tried it for first time in about 3-4 years. Staff was friendly and fast. No issues there. But got the sandwich home and discovered they had left out the bacon from my Honey BACON Club. Called the store to let them know and they asked if i wanted to come back, but i was not about to turn around and go right back to the store after i had driver home and started eating. No offer of a discount or anything for a next visit. This would not be enough from stopping me returning had the sandwich been good.. but there is nothing to make this food stand out anymore. Sandwich was bland with very little meat. Bread was ok (had whole wheat) a bit dry after being toasted. Sauce had no real flavor. Worst Quiznos experience ever. The women adding the veggies was so rude and gave so much attitude. She didn't add anything to the sandwich. I specified I wanted everything on the sandwich except banana peppers. They had two different options for jalepenos and i told her which one i wanted. She didn't put even add them to the sandwich and the ones she wrapped into the sandwich were the other peppers that I said I didn't want. I don't understand, if you aren't happy then don't work there. I work service and even when I'm having a bad day I treat people nicely because they aren't the reason for my bad mood, and even if they are I still don't take my anger out on the costumers. I would never return to this location and don't recommend anyone else do either. The Quiznos on King George and 72 is so much better. The women working behind the counter were so kind and considerate and made sure they offered everything with their service. 10/10 there. This...

Been coming to this location for years. Service appears to be going down the drain with the new hires. When the owner is in, we are served nicely. When he is not in the restaurant, the staff are flat out rude. We still come because we like quiznos but looking at the next closest location now. No hi, hello, how are you. Simply wait for you to order. The other lady today saw my jalapenos dropped out from my wrapped sandwich into the bag making everything wet. She was about to correct it but decided to leave it. Right in front of her I took out the wet jalapeno with a napkin and threw it into the garbage so the rest of my sandwiches don't end up soggy.

Hire better staff who adapt to Canadian culture. Thanks!

Update: Broccoli cheese soup appeared to have been sitting for a very long time. Had a burnt/overcooked smell to it with a darker than usual colour. Only ate 2 spoons and threw the rest away. My 4 year olds usually share with me but they also...
