I have been going to this Coco location regularly (2-3 times per week) for at least two months and ordering pretty much the same two drinks every time. My daughter decided that her favourite was the mango milk tea with honey jelly. Although it was on their menu and featured on a poster on their front door, we had two different associates on two different days tell us that they didn’t offer such a drink. I had to point out the drink on their menu and poster. Eventually, they stopped offering honey jelly and one associate suggested that it had never been an option. We started ordering tea jelly instead, but then they stopped offering the usual mango milk tea and replaced it with a new “chunky” mango version that my daughter didn’t like. Why change the menu so often? It’s a strange business practice. But that’s not the reason we’re no longer going there. We finally made the decision to never go back after they refused to continue to serve their mango milk tea without ice (probably because the female owner was standing right there), even though we’d had it without ice every single time prior. Even “light ice” results in 1/3 less actual drink and the ice waters down the drink if it’s allowed to melt. It’s obvious all the owners care about is saving themselves money by using less product to make their drinks, which is ridiculous considering each drink ends up costing $7-10. The worst customer experience ever in any retail store. Your store never ever record the right gift card balance, because you guys have no system to track, but based on human to send msg in wechat group msg. thats one of the reason your stuff never get me the right balance. The rude male stuff today told me different balance again! and he said he does not know his manager call number and can not provide any receipt of my balance?!? Read moreI would leave one star if i could. i’ve come to this coco location and others multiple times and i’ve seen the male manager yelling at his employees multiple times in front of customers and their fellow employees. this man needs to be reviewed by headquarters because he is abusing his staff verbally and belittling them. i don’t think this work environment is healthy for anyone. I have also noticed he has been rude to one of his brown workers more often and she usually is the one getting embarrassed and yelled at more often. I feel horrible for this girl and hope she isn’t getting treated lesser than just because she is brown. Overall i do NOT recommend this location due to this man’s attitude towards staff and customers. your not the king of cocos! you are just a dude who needs to respect ur workers because at the end of the day they are running your business. NOT YOU! get some therapy!
