Worst Experience Ever at Quesada

I just ordered a spicy chicken bowl from Quesada, and what I got was completely unacceptable. The girl at the front gave me something else entirely — either it’s beef or some old, spoiled chicken, because it tasted absolutely horrible.

To make it worse, there was a hair in my bowl. I’ve attached a photo below, and anyone can see it clearly — I even marked where the hair is.

When I called the store, the lady on the phone lied to me several times. First, she claimed to be the manager, then changed her story saying she’d “talk to the manager.” When I asked for the owner’s contact number, she told me to email him instead. Really? That’s your solution for something this serious?

This is unacceptable. I’ve been a regular customer before, but after this experience — wrong order, disgusting food, hair in my bowl, and zero accountability — I’m never ordering from this location again. Save your lives and never get anything from this store. I'm gonna file a complaint in Health and Food services aswell and now they will take...

Please suggest your staff (all girl) don’t be over smart in front of Indian customers. I will tell you the story, me and wife we both are vegetarian and we went to this store and try to order because this is our first time. Both ladies Indian are laughing on us and make us uncomfortable. Once we ordered then they gave us uncooked food. Second time I was at work and my wife went to store for same order both girls were same and first they decided who will take order and 5 mins one specs girl came and start taking order with laughing face and gave cold food again. I go to this Quesada location every Tuesday for dinner. The store is always impeccably clean, the food is excellent, and the service is second to none. Himani always greets me with a smile, is very friendly and chatty and makes a point to ask how my day was. She is always working alone but is very good at her job and works extremely hard to ensure everyone receives their order in a timely manner. She has even memorized my name and order, so she can address me personally and get my meal started without even having to ask. I go to this location every Tuesday specifically, because I know I will receive excellent service and have a pleasant experience....
