We went on a Sunday brunch and had a very bad experience. When the waiter took my order, I mentioned the egg for my 7 year old son had to be fully cooked, and my 9 year old daughter’s egg could be soft in the middle, but not runny. Both eggs came with runny yolks, but my daughter said she would eat it anyway. My son didn’t want to, so the waiter took the plate and said he would bring a new one. Few minutes later, a waitress approached us and asked what was the original order, which I again explained fully cooked egg. Thinking this situation was solved.. another waitress came asking the same question. I did not realize making a fully cooked egg was this complicated, and wasn’t interested in finding out which server made the mistake as I just wanted a fully cooked egg. Finally, they brought back my son’s plate they took without the egg and said the egg would be right here. And my son did get a fully cooked egg from the plate they took and recooked it to be done. I was so shocked that a newly opened restaurant would send back the plate customer returned! I hope that the owner/manager realizes that it’s more important for the customers to get the correct order rather than letting the customer wait for you to find out what went wrong. I will not go back again nor would I recommend any of my friends to go there. If you still decide to go, better hope there’s nothing wrong with your order.

I visited this restaurant two days in a row. Yesterday, I had pasta and a kids’ meal. The food was delicious, and the server who attended to us was very friendly, which made the experience enjoyable. Today, I ordered pork ribs and the Chicken French Toast. Once again, the food was great. The server who seated me at the beginning was warm and welcoming. However, when it came time to pay, a different server with a ponytail assisted me. I paid my bill and left a 15% tip. Unlike the server from the previous day who respectfully turned away during payment, this server stood right in front of me and watched as I entered my tip and payment details, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. After paying, I politely asked if she could help me pack the sweet toast separately, since my utensils were covered in savory sauce. She immediately refused, saying bluntly, “We don’t do that,” without offering any explanation or softening her tone. While she did bring me a pair of tongs afterward, which I appreciated, her initial reaction felt dismissive and cold. I think the restaurant should consider providing better communication and service etiquette training for the staff. Simple courtesy and empathy can make a big difference in customer experience. The reason I returned today was because of the great service and tasty food yesterday. Unfortunately, today’s service left me feeling disappointed.

I rarely leave Google reviews, but I felt compelled to write this as there is a serious issue with customer service and management here. The food was truly delightful – from the coffee to the dessert cakes, everything was excellent. However, right after we placed our order, a female server immediately brought us the bill, which made no sense, and I had to tell her that our food hadn’t even arrived yet. It left a very unpleasant impression. No one came by to offer us water or to ask if we would like to order another coffee. The male server, who I thought was our designated server, disappeared, and even after we finished our entire meal, no one checked on us or made eye contact. We wanted to pay, but no matter how long we waited, no one came to ask us if we were ready for the bill. Even when we got up to leave, no one brought the bill, instead they said goodbye. We went to the bar to ask the bill. Honestly, it felt like we could have walked out without paying and no one would have noticed. It makes me wonder if, before opening this business and serving Western breakfast and brunch as your main menu, you have ever visited a Western brunch café to see what kind of service they actually provide. Unless you are running a Korean restaurant, I believe there should be a proper, systematic service flow and management in place.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was polite and friendly. That's where it ends. Went for brunch with a party of 14. Nobody enjoyed their brunch food. A couple people ordered off the lunch menu and found it enjoyable. Slowest service I think I've ever experienced. It took over 20 minutes from when the first drink got to the table to the last drink of that order. The bartender was clearly reading drink recipes to make things like Cesars (which came with no spice) and margaritas. She clearly had very limited - if any - experience as a bartender. Meals came out a couple at a time with it taking about 10 minutes from when the first dish hit the table to the last. No apologies for this. The summary of kitchen errors for our brunch meals are: Eggs over poached and cooked as pucks Packet hollandaise sauce English muffins not toasted Cold smashed potatoes salads had some rotten lettuce

There was pretty much no quality check. At one point a server (which actually happened to be the manager) delivered a drink (which we'd been waiting ages for), put it down, asked "how's everything" and pretty much bolted away before anyone could even answer.

Myself and my girlfriend complained about our meals not being prepared properly (and having rotten lettuce) and we got an apology and an offer for a free dessert. Alternately, they offered to re-cook the meal, but this was after everyone had finished. Also, all 4 benny orders were poorly executed so why would I have confidence they could do it properly on the next try? There was no offer to remove the item from our bill, which to me, is the only course of action in this case.

When we asked for the bill, we explained how we would like it partitioned and it took about 15 minutes for the staff to figure out how to do this. There were multiple staff rather obviously gathered around the computer trying to work this out. They still didn't get right.

It was eminently clear that this staff is highly inexperienced, undertrained, and there is no leadership.

I took 5 minutes after our meal to politely explain our experience to the manager and make some suggestions for improvement.

Still, she missed this opportunity to make any rectification.

None of us will ever go back and I will be extremely surprised if this restaurant lasts 6 months.

As a side note, I have a fair amount of experience in the hospitality / restaurant / bar industry and have worked in management. This is not a malicious review; simply an...

I wish I didn't even have to give a 1 star to this establishment. My cousin and I waited 20 minutes before I finally called out to a waitress to let her know we haven’t been approached. The hostess walked us in and told us to sit at the bar area, put the menu down and walked away, saying nothing. We sat there waiting and got lost in conversation before realizing how long it had been.

When I finally got the attention of a waitress and asked her if anyone was going to help us, she just stood there staring at our faces and not saying anything. I told her I was just seated there and had been waiting to order coffee. She then says that this is the bar area, so I ask her if that means that there are no servers then. She told me that the “waiters must be on break”- as if that was my problem. How are we supposed to know what’s going on with the staff? Then she asked us what we wanted and wasn’t using the nicest tone. I ignored it and proceeded to order coffee. I asked her if the mint in the mint coffee was peppermint, and she answered “I don’t know, I’ve never had it”- again, with some attitude. At this point, I was not feeling great about how my cousin and I were being treated. I just ordered a different coffee because I wanted her to leave before I had the chance to let her hear it.

After cooling down, I got up and told her to cancel the order and that we were leaving. She said “Oh okay” and that was it. When we were about to walk out, the bartender was about to ask us something about our latte and I told her that I cancelled the order, because the waitress was being rude. She said, “Oh no, I’m so sorry”. No one cared and treated us like we were inconveniencing them by being there.

Sad to think of how excited my cousin and I were when we first walked in and saw how “cute” it was. I’ve had better service at Starbucks and they don’t even have to come out from behind the counter.

I don’t know the names of anyone that was working at that time, but it was on Aug 7th, around...

A friend and I decided to check this place out for dinner. We should have taken the empty dining room at 5:30 pm as a warning sign to not eat there. First off, the prices for the food are atrocious! $22 for a Caesar salad - with no chicken or anything!

I ordered the creamy mushroom pasta. From the first bite it was awful. The combination of different mushrooms did not work at all. The taste was like eating dirt and the mushrooms tasted off. I took a bite of one of the mushrooms and it was extremely sour and tasted horrible. No to mention, the "garlic bread" was a soggy mush and didn't even resemble bread. I could not eat another bite and called over the server. I explained to her the problems with the dish and she left to the kitchen for several minutes. When she came back, she said all they can do is offer me a "complimentary cake". I was thinking... I came here for dinner, not a cake. She was very apologetic and left. Shortly after, a server came to the table with the bill. They still wanted to charge me for my pasta, even though it was inedible. My friend asked if they were going to refund my meal and the server asked "oh, you want a refund of your meal?" it was very frustrating, to be honest. She came back to our table after talking to a manager and said they would give me 10% off my bill. I was taken aback and my friend even said that I barely touched the food. She said "well the best we can do is 30% off." I was tired of dealing with this restaurant so I agreed. My bill was $24+ even after the discount. I will not be returning.

If you want overpriced, foul tasting food - go here. The staff took no responsibility to "make things right" - not even to offer a different dish or if there was any way that they could change/improve the dish I ordered. It was a very...
