Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey

Ordered a pizza for pick up, ordered it well done. Picked it up and it was almost raw. Disgusting. Called to complain (which I never do I’ll eat anything) and they offered me pizza bread for next time. Told them I didn’t order pizza bread why would I want that. Then the lady on the phone offered me a full credit, I accepted. I ended up throwing the pizza out it was inedible, I ate somewhere else.

Tonight, a month or so later I order a pizza for pickup, put my order in, tell the lady on the phone there is a credit on my account. “There is a credit for pizza bread only…” 😑 I explain the situation blah blah blah falls on def ears. “So don’t want you pizza bread?” She talked to manager, offered 50% off. Still not the credit I was promised.

Because i didn’t waste more of my fuel to bring the raw pizza back to Dominos after picking it up, they can’t honour the credit. (They never asked me to do this…)

I asked the lady “why would i spend more money to bring the wrong order back to you?”

“We wouldn’t sent a delivery driver back to pick it up…”

Well that option was never offered. Just absolute garbage service, zero smiles when I picked it up, almost a burden to them that I was using their business. Anyways, instead of arguing I just hung up and will once again eat somewhere else.

Sad state the service industry has become. This Dominos absolutely blows.

I have never left a review before but this particular restaurant has made me never bother with dominos again. I have been a returning customer and I understand the nature of a fast paced business and the difficulties associated with it. I have had to make more calls on problems with my orders than anyone could possibly feel comfortable making. I have had to pay so much extra for items not even included in the order when I pay for them.

My most recent experience was a last order of the night and I did not receive dipping sauces, the chicken was quite badly burned (specialty chicken order) and the pizza was very undercooked and had bbq sauce instead of pizza sauce. I actually felt like it was intentional because I couldn't believe someone could mess up that badly by accident. When I called I never received any calls back and when I phoned the next day I was told the manager was busy and would call me back but that never happened either.

I was not even going to leave a review seeing as this was a week ago but it bothered me this badly that I have now gotten...

I’m used too order from this store, I order basically the same thing every time . Long story short I order a medium pizza with extra cheese, and the pizza was so dry , not much cheese on it. So I called the store and ask if they put extra cheese and the lady over the phone was telling me that she put that, and the cheese burnt on top was normal. I was a pizza maker myself, and I know that if the pizza is dry you did not put much cheese on it. Asked the name to this girl she said I can not tell but I am the assistant manager. So she was arguing with me that she put extra cheese, but she did not. And she offered me to make another one , but she said “I can make one right now one, but it will look the same”. Seriously? I was not pretending to get a new one or a refund. However the reason I am writing this is cause of the poor customer service, if she would say “sorry, I will pay more attention next time”, that’s it. I understand this things happen, not a big deal bit don’t argue . I hope this will help her to improve her...
