Review for Jollibee Strawberry hill.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jollibee, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The friendly staff and inviting ambiance truly made my visit memorable.
One standout member of the team was Karylle, who not only efficiently handled my transactions as a cashier but also went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was top-notch. Her warm smile and attentive service added a personal touch that made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.
The overall atmosphere at Jollibee was cozy and welcoming, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed meal. The cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant further added to the positive experience.
And let's not forget the star of the show – the delicious "Chicken Joy" fried chicken! The crispy coating and juicy meat made it a truly satisfying indulgence that left me craving for more.
I highly recommend Jollibee to anyone looking for a place with not just great food but also exceptional service. If you happen to visit, do say hi to Karylle – her friendly demeanor and professionalism truly enhance the dining experience.
Kudos to the entire team at Jollibee for their outstanding service and for creating an enjoyable environment for customers like me. I will definitely be returning soon for another satisfying meal.

Read moreCustomer service was fine friendly and respectful. I ordered the Chicken combo original with fries, I was asked I wanted fries, no other option was given, so there may have been more options. My wife has the spicy chicken combo, again with fries. The original chicken was dry and very grisly, not hot and the only condiment is as very light coating of their mayonnaise. For 60¢ more, you could add tomato and lettuce. The fries aren't salted, the only seasonings available are salt, pepper and ketchup packets. I got a bottle of water, it hadn't been refrigerated, so it was warm. My wife chose pop, they had Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, root beer, ice tea. In my opinion very limited choices. We were given transponders, we went to our table, but when it went off you had to return to get your order. Very small seating area, the layout is limiting and it's challenging to get a spot to sit. The dining area wasn't maintained, tables, floor dirty, garbages overflowing. My wife's sandwich was hot and satisfying, disappointed in no salt on the fries and lack of vinegar. This was our first visit to a Jollibee and based on our experience, we wouldn't return. We think the media and social influences are way overhyped. The total bill for two combos was 27.04, ordering combos at any other fast food would be in line with this, it's just...
Read moreJollibee is a welcome addition to fast food restaurants in Surrey.
This location features dine in facilities and a patio and a bathroom. Two of the bathrooms were closed for maintenance; given how new the building is, it's a little surprising. The working bathroom was clean and functional.
The food was served hot and fresh with the usual taste that Jollibee is known for. The pineapple juice was cold and tasty as well.
The staff really shone. Polite, friendly, and kind. Also patient when explaining the menu and food choices for those new to Jollibee.
The cleanliness of the tables and chairs could use some work. It might be due to high amount of visitors, but the tables and chairs do need cleaning and wiping down more frequently.
What concerns me is the pricing feels higher than necessary. For three of us, it cost 89 for a bucket of chicken, mashed potatoes, 3 pineapple drinks, and spaghetti. This could be an issue for those with larger families as it would be quite easy to hit over $100 if you have a family of four.
Parking is ample. Just note that you can't get to it if you turn where the tire store is. And if you park in the tire store lot adjacent to Jollibee, you will get towed.
It's definitely worth visiting. And the chicken tastes great. Just be mindful of costs, it will be more than...
