Don't order from this restaurant.. I have been a been a very good customer out of this restaurant restaurant spending a lot of money.. They see my face quite often quite often. I ordered my fish pakora like usual And when I got home noticed that there was nothing on there for spices. If you know fish pakora you know that there are a lot of spices. I called to let them know just in case I got someone else's order and somebody else was gonna get mine and didn't like spices and the lady pretty much told me no you're wrong there are spices on it.. There was not one single sprinkle of spice on it it was pretty much fish-and-chips. Which is not a problem I love fish-and-chips but yesterday I was craving fish pakora. I said I only live 5 minutes away and can bring it and you can see that there is no spices on it and she there are spices on it and no you will not bring it back and you will never ever come back here again. I could not believe my ears the worst customer service I have ever gotten in my life it was as easy as saying yeah sure come bring it by we will replace it with the correct one and take that away done done. Read moreI ordered few items from lighthouse via uber eats. I had paid for the tartar sauce and it was missing. I ordered spring rolls and they sent spring rolls with so much masale on it. When i called the location, a girl who denied to tell me her name but called herself manager said that i shud complain to uber not them. It is the food i have complain about not the delivery. On top of that she was so rude and was not willing to listen at all. For 60 cents of sauce which customer would drive back? I got frustrated and drove to the location which is 80 and king george. She was rude again and there was a customer there too. He also said he never seen spring rolls like these before and told the manager to behave. Another employee came out and started arguing with us. This location has flies all over and door are disgusting. When i said i will be complaining to food safe. The manager went in brought in plain spring rolls, left them at the counter and went back in the kitchen without any talk or explanation . I wasnt there to get free food or anything but just to explain that i got the wrong order. If she is the manager there then she needs re-training on how to talk to customers and take care of them if any problem...
Read moreYesterday I called to place our usual order of fish pakora, 2 lbs (1.5 lbs spicy and .5 lb no spice at all for a child). The guy on the phone speaks too fast and comes across very rude. He said we don’t take half orders. I told him that we have placed the same order few times before with a girl and never had a problem. He then spoke to someone else and told me that they won’t do half orders.
Today, I called and asked if they can make 1 lb. Spicy and 1 lb mild and just give me seasoning on the side, same guy from yesterday on the phone said we don’t provide any spice on the side. I told him that a child won’t eat full 1 lb which is why I am asking for a seasoning on the side to put on the leftover of his non spicy fish.
I don’t understand why some restaurants have poor service and can’t accommodate families with kids. It’s not cheap to order out these days, then deal with poor customer service, deal with stuck up policies of some ordinary restaurant where families with kids can’t be accommodated . I recommend save your hard earned money, time and spend them...
