Subway — Restaurant in Surrey

Better than most Subways! The girl name "ranjeet " or " rajneet" was very friendly, efficient and professional. No line up, and fast. Everything well spaced apart, clean You can tell when people take pride in their particular restaurant. She was very positive not like the girls who show attitude towards their job. Earlier she gave me a bad news that " egg salad" has been removed from their menu but also helped me to find substitute product in my budget and later we also talked about other products and she also helped me to provide dressing on the side as i was also taking the sub for my morning breakfast. You should visit their once if you want to see how somebody love their job and be positive in their profession. Every work is important. I wish this store manager should appreciate that girl via some gift for delivering that wonderful customer services... Good...

Yesterday I visited subway girl named as Kamal is very rude not even have a sense how to behave with customers. I visited at 8:35 and store closing time is 10 pm and at 8:35 at story there was only 3.5 footlongs and I ordered 2.5 footlongs. After me many customers came and she refused all the customers that we not have bread so customers went back and also she was thought about their closing stuff not about the customers that 2-3 customers want to use restroom but she denied all the customers to use washroom that we just moped here. This is not a customer service please it’s a request to manager or the owner please taught her how to behave with customers. It’s a request to owner please look on your staff otherwise your sales gonnaaa be dropped in future. She is very rude not will be come back at this location.

I recently moved to Surrey and this subway location is the closest to my house. I had the worst experience with Rajdeep. Nothing had happening prior or during the visit but Rajdeep was very rude and not welcoming. There were no hellos or thanks or please being said. When she needs to go to the freezer to get supplies it was with a very low energy. I will not be coming here again if this is the staff that’s working here. It’s a shame that a place so accessible to home treats its guests like this.

My recommendation is to instead take your business to the subway located on 88ave and king George by shell...
