I guess there is no way to give zero stars? Because if I had that option, I would. I have tried to give this location a couple of attempts. But after last night, I will never return. The time I went before there was only 2 cars in front of me at the Drive-thru, decided I would go (as you see only 2 cars you think the wait won't be long). I ordered a meal for me and my husband. Once I ordered, that is when I realized bad decesions were made. The person 2 cars ahead ordered 30 Jr. McChickens. Instead of employees asking the person to pull ahead, they allowed the drive-thru to sit and wait. I literally had my car turned off and waited in the same spot for almost 45 minutes, stuck!! I just wanted to leave at that point, but couldn't as now there was people behind me. People were honking and even walked up to the window to ask them to park the car waiting for the large order.
However, last night I had a late class and was hungry. Went to grab a late dinner for me and the family. I decided to walk-in. I saw 4 people waiting at the register waiting to order, so I decided to try the order kiosk to save time. I made my order, then no receipt printed. No shock there. I saw 3 people were ahead of me on the now serving screen, okay....not bad....maybe a few minute wait, right?. WRONG! I ordered my food at the kiosk and those 4 people waiting at the register still hadn't been served. For over 13 minutes, I didn't see one employee come to the front till to help those people. Then 20 minutes, still no one. So finally someone in line said something, the young man (who I am assuming was a supervisor? He was wearing a personal jacket, hard to tell) yelled to the back 6 times for someone to come help. Finally a young woman shows up still texting on her cellphone. She finally helps those people waiting. Still at this point the 3 orders in front of mine have not been tended to. So in almost 25 minutes no customers had been helped or served. At this point, I just wanted my money back. I could not for the life of me get anyones attention to ask for it back. I stood there and waited. So finally the 3 customers before me are served (now been there for 36 minutes, no damn joke). Now I get someones attention, they say to me "Your order is being put together right now". Now....seven....SEVEN! People who were behind me were served before me. It literally took me an hour to get my food. I asked for my money back politely and was ignored, three times. Once I finally get my food, I decide to check the bag. Food was everywhere, burgers out of wrappers and they gave me a big mac sauce instead of a big mac. I spoke up loudly and got someones attention (not going to lie, pretty annoyed at this point) and told them they forgot my burger. The young man tried to argue with me and he asked me for a receipt, I told him I ordered at the kiosk and it said there was an error and it didn't print one. He rolls his eyes at me and walks away. At this point I am not sure if he is going to help me? Or has walked away? He finally comes back and throws a big mac on the counter. No "thanks for waiting" NOTHING! Customers who came in after me were served in front of me staff. Snickered under their breath as they held my food back. When I went to the Washington to wash my hands before eating they then claim that they gave my food away to somebody else and I should go pound sand and go find my meal. They were very rude when I asked for my meal to be served. They threw it on the tray as though they were prepping meals for a dog. I never in any way shape or form spoke to the staff in a disrespectful tone but did make the young lady owe the counter aware. That she was being very racist and she tried to deny it but I called her on it she wasn't happy so to the head of McDonald's. You probably need to relock at your abuse of the Visa program and importing only people from one community to staff your restaurants who Harbor a lot of anti. Blackness anti melanine aggression. Read moreI have ordered via the machine many times only to have a printer error, and then to wait 15 minutes for them to skip my order only for me to have to inform them what my order was and what was in it as they claim they can't refund it unless there's a receipt, which they apparently are unable to find as well. On one occasion a fist-fight broke out beside me between a drunk East Indian guy and some African teens as he'd thrown a particular slur at his sober friend. This incident caused my order to be delayed an additional 20 minutes as all the employees and the manager at the time stopped to talk to the police. In this instance I had waited nearly 40 minutes for a double Filet-o-Fish combo, and last night I waited 35 minutes for 3 big macs - 15 minutes until I spoke up, 10 minutes after they ignored me to get the order placed again, and then another 15 minutes for them to make the big macs and put them in a bag and pass them to me. Drive-thru orders aren't too bad as they are the only thing this location will focus on at all. They'll get those done reasonably well while entirely ignoring orders placed in-store and entirely forgetting about orders placed via mobile or on the machine. Consistently bad experiences at any time of day, getting especially worse throughout the night, with a rowdy crowd of alcoholics and drug addicts who are not adequately dealt with and a team that is poorly managed and likely poorly treated as well.
