I visited your Restaurant at the Panorama Village on Hwy #10 on July 16th 2024.
I placed an order of LG Fries 🍟 and a Big Mac 🍔 Special Order without Cheese, Pickles and Dehydrated Onions, with Extra Lettuce 🥬 Tomato 🍅 and a Sliver Onions.
Nothing hard, but instead my Fries were half full almost if not a medium sized and Big Mac had NO MEAT 🙈🤔🤦🏻.
So, I returned back to the store and show the mistake to the Manager by the name Parm and show the mistake... Parm didn't seemed sympathetic nor offer any solution nor compensation... So I then told her I needed a REDO but Parm didn't even offered a Refund and compensation for myself driving back to correct the mistake made by Her team during her shift and couldn't comprehend that performing REGULAR "Verification's" of Staff Performance is needed to keep employees upto date and knowledgeable ALL the TIME.
As someone who worked years in the Industry and know McDonald's restaurants inside out, I was very disappointed of the Service & Quality Control and care by the Manager Parm on the Shift who seems not to know what is going on.
This is not the first time your store & team has screw up an order but it's was BAD this time.
You need to revisit Protocol & Procedures because they don't even answer the phone 📱 when you to let them of any concern or missing or mistakes made.
This is very disappointed that McDonald's has come to this to be the Lowest Quality of Service in the Industry of Franchise.

The daughter asked to see the toy and mom noticed that they have a duplicate toy and immediately requested a different one. The manager Swati replied NO we can't change it for you, its covid! The mom explained how she didn't touch it and could sanitize it and give it and she said NO! The child was so upset and I honestly was heartbroken by the lack of customer care. There are signs stating no refill on pop during covid but I saw several people get refills. If the store is open for business then serve the guests you normally would. Its unfair to the guests for you to pick and choose. Could have used this moment and created a lasting experience for the family. Could have asked before giving the child the toy is this toy fine or would you like a different one. I use to work at McDonald's as a restaurant manager and things like this bother me. Instead the staff were frantic worried about skip the dishes orders and how far out the driver was. I heard them talking about 3 minutes away is the order ready!!! The 1st Assistant manager or restaurant manager of this business needs to address this issue with the management team. The staff have jobs because of customers, treat customers with respect and care if you want your job. The manager Swati doesn't have people skills, she didn't know how to talk to people and especially customers. She needs further training on customer service. I would like someone to flow up with me. Read moreNever have I experienced such slow service. Upon driving up to the drive through order menu we waited two minutes for someone to take our order but that didn't happen. Upon saying hello two to three times we finally received a response from a young male worker who told us to give him a minute. We waited another five minutes for him to return to take our order. We then drive up to the second drive through window and waited another twenty five minutes. At this time there was a line up vehicles behind us and drivers were getting quite impatient with us as we were still waiting to receive our order. Someone behind us honked and yelled at the McDonalds employees to hurry up because this is a fast food restaurant. Upon receiving our order, we began to serve our children and realized that the order was wrong and that we did not get out order but someone else's. We spent 36 dollars and received two fish filet sandwiches and a small fries. Our children do not eat fish filet sandwiches and we ended up driving to the Tim Hoetons down the street and ordering them grilled cheese sandwiches. I called the manager right away within the hour and was told they were short staffed therefore they couldn't do anything. I agreed that the pressure would be difficult due to short staff but had they explained to us they were and the service would take so long we would have gone elsewhere. We did not receive a apology or any type of credit from.the manager. We will not be going back here...
