Noodlebox — Restaurant in Surrey

I did not have a good experience at this noodlebox unfortunately. 2 bad experiences same day :( I ordered 2 spicy peanut bowls yesterday without protein, first mess up was they gave me the ones with chicken (we don't eat it). I called them and the nice lady there offered to fix it. I went back to the restaurant from home to pick up the fixed ones. When I came home and served the fixed ones i got, it had such bad taste. It is not edible unfortunately, it smells and tastes like it had been made with really old or expired peanut sauce. I did try to like it and the other friend I was sharing it with didn't say anything till I tasted and noticed that it's difficult to even have couple of bites. The ladies there, were really nice the first time I went to get it fixed but the second time restaurant was closed so I couldn't call to let them know and we had to end up eating whatever instant noodles we...

I usually order from noodlebox but it was my brother who ordered today for me because I was feeling extremely sick and he went to his work since I could not contact him I wanted to ask what he ordered, so I called the store. The person I talked to, the sweetest being ever. She told me the order, I hung up and when I received the order, I was almost about to cry. She sent me an extra noodle box bowl and the box says extra blessings, and the one I ordered said feel better soon and a lil heart. I think it was the sweetest thing and it made me feel so better. Dropped by Wok Box for some black bean chicken, hoping for that bold, savoury kick. Unfortunately, the chicken was a bit tough, with a surprising amount of cartilage—definitely not the tender bite I’d hoped for. Hopefully, it was just an off day, and I’ll be back to give it another shot!
