Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey

Sadly, it seems like this place has been sold to new owners and they have decided not to keep the same standards.

The Crust seemed like it was a medium dough stretched out to fit a large pizza, it was so thin it was. impressive. However, the edge crust was, a different story. That was a solid 2 inches the whole way around, as well as not the garlic parm that was requested.

Then for the toppings, previously they were cut like the photos; Decently sized and piled high. This pizza however was the exact opposite, Other than the olives (my guess is they are pre-sliced) where cut razer thin to the point where it was shaved not cut, and sparse. For the cheese, Papa johns are known for “that second cup of cheese” but unless each cup is only half full there is no way there was two full cups of cheese on the pizza The taste was fine, they use the same dough and sauce but considering I received maybe ¼ of the toppings than previous visits, and the edge crust has grown to a large percent of the pizza it’s a very sad experience.

For the price, I will just be going to dominoes as it is significantly cheaper, and the quality is the same if not better. I hope the new owners realize the reason it was so busy before was due to the quality. The lack of quality now will scare...

used to be a pretty good pizza BUT NOT ANYMORE The last pizzas i ordered was the worst pizzas ever ! i Called and complained to manager about the pizza with a picture of pizzas. He said he will put 2 pizzas credit for the next order. but when i order the 2 pizzas, he denied it. he was actually acting like he never heard my complaint. but after he checked his note book for the customer's complaints then said "i know nothing about the credit. but for the good customer service i will charge you only one pizza." ????? what is that means????? He will just give me a free pizza for good customer service????? or he found my complaint on the note book with 2 pizza credit but he can not say he found the note...

I guess they don't know better pizza places have been opened in this area.
