I had the Bun Mang Vit and an order of spring rolls. Total came to about $30. The presentation of the dishes were fairly nice. The duck gets served on a bed of cabbage salad. The broth was pretty decent. It came out piping hot, and it tasted homemade. The veggies and meat were fresh, but the noodles tasted a little old though. This dish came to ~$18. The spring rolls were a bit of a disappointment. They were almost tasteless. The filling didn't really have much pork or veggies, it was just almost completely glass noodles. This was ~$10 for an order of 2 rolls. I came at about 1:30 PM on a weekday with about 2 other tables other than myself seated. The food came out in less than 10 minutes, which was nice. Cleanliness of the restaurant is about 3/5. The cup they gave the tea in had a bit of scum from the dishwasher still in there. The utensils and sauces are laid out on the table, and it doesn't seem they clean them too often. For service, the lady was okay. She was the only one working the front. After being served food, she kind of disappeared off the face of the earth, only popping out to serve other people food. Overall, i'd mayyyyybe come here if you wanna try the the bun mang vit. Unless there are other restaurants in the area that have this dish that I have not heard of, then maybe id try someplace else. 6/10

The food is flavourless and bland. I decided to give the restaurant a chance despite reading all the negative reviews. A bowl of pho and spring roll combo cost me $25. When I called to mention this to them the women cussed me out then proceeded to hang up on me. So I went to the restaurant which happened to be empty both the man and women continued to cuss me out. Do yourself a favour and avoid this restaurant at all costs. So many better options in the neighborhood with owners that are much more friendly and appreciative of us spending our hard earned money in their establishment. Also take a look at how they respond to reviews they don’t like … says it all!

This place deserves a good rate. Friendly staff at the door and serving. Chef is also approachable. Price of food is fair. Well done and flavor is good. Beef pho comes with spring roll for $16+. My lemongrass pork slices with rice comes with a cup 0f beef broth. It was more than enough serving. Also the rice is soft and fragrant! All for $15. I ordered fried chicken wings today. Crispy on the outside, not so salty and soft inside. Nice deal. There is free wifi, access is pasted on the walls. And they are open till 10 pm. Will come back again. Parking is accessible.

By far the worst place ever! Came here to eat with my family of 5. 3 adults and 2 kids under 5 years old. We were not very hungry but was craving soup so we decided to enjoy a hot soup. As we were ordering, I specified the item but owner said just give me the number. We ordered 2 large bowls of soup, the owner(per her) said , No! For 5 people need to order more. So I clarified as I thought she just wanted to make sure we had enough food. She then said, no! 5 people need to order more food. My husband clarified, you will not serve us because we are only ordering 2 soups? We are not hungry and just want 2 soups. Is that ok? Owner said, no! Husband asked, you want us to leave because we are only ordering 2 soups? Owner said yes! Worst service, grumpy servers. I do not recommend this place. I rarely write a review for any establishments but this definitely deserve a 0...

The service is disgusting. The lady in the cash was so unbearably rude. I ordered spring rolls as an appetizer and had some tea. I was waiting for my husband to pick me up. When he came, we decided to go back home and not order any main course from the restaurant because we dont eat pork and all the food they had was mostly pork dishes. The lady came to us if we are ready to order anything and we said no, we are good with the spring rolls and tea. She got so mad at us for not ordering anything else. She started yelling at us in her English. She even took away the spring rolls from our table and said she won't let us have it as we didnot order anything worth more cost than the spring rolls. It was super weird and abusive behavior. We paid for the rolls and tea and came back. Horrible. I have never seen such lack of decency to treat a customer...
