i am going to explain the whole scenario what had happened yesterday. We went to to the Guildford location last night as a family of 4 to celebrate for our Son Victory in his game and we all had free Indy pizza coupons in our emails that we wanted to use on top of our other order. we sat down and the server asked or order and the server called the manager ISAAC to check about the coupons. This manager came and without listening to us in an angry manner he was like " No you can't use these coupons" i was trying to talk and explain and he kept on cutting me off and he would not let me talk at all and kept on saying NO. Then he was like instead of going to your account in your APP go to your email and it says you can only use it one coupon per table. We all went to our emails to check and there was nothing said there, when we showed him he got even pissed and angry and then he said " oh i don't know about this but you can's use it and if you want to complain to the head office you go ahead". He said this so loudly that other people sitting there were all looking and he created a scene. i ended up telling him how rude he was but he goes to me saying that "i am not rude , this is our policy and i dont want to be in trouble by letting you use these coupons". we then told him that we are really disappointed with his Service and we were like we are leaving and then at the end he goes" THANK YOU " and then he left. This was such a humiliating and a disheartening experience for us and our Son who was there to celebrate. i have been to so many restaurants and never had such experience. If they don't let you use the coupons then what is the point sending them to customers and then the customers are looked down when they ask about to use them. The whole incident just blew my mind and i could not even sleep thinking how we got humiliated by that manager ISAAC and how he was trying to be loud to tell other people sitting there that we were there to only use the coupons. Sorry to say but before making such people managers, they should be given basic training on how to talk to customers & give them full knowledge about the promotions because people go to Restaurants to have good time with their families and not to get humiliated for no reason. Anyways, we then ended up going to the Fleetwood location then they were fine with us using those coupons in different bills. Server Nancy and Gurkamal was actually really nice there and made our mod a little better with their service so i dont understand what was the problem at Guildford location if Fleetwood was ok with it. Please look into this matter. BP used to be my kids's favorite restaurant but now they are scared to go there which is sad. Read moreMy fiancée and I have been coming here every other Thursday for the all day happy hour! Every Thursday we have our babysitter watch our son so we can enjoy a date together. I work in the industry as well and never have I ever had to ask for service or walk out of a restaurant until today.
We’ve been here awhile back and received terrible service from an employee of yours. I understand when people are having a rough day but his work ethic clearly demonstrated he does not care about any of the tables he was serving. there was delayed presence, lack of communication, no preservice, no check ins and witness it was similar service to all the tables he was serving. We never done this before but we chose not to tip that day as the service was absolutely terrible.
we live close by and we love the all day happy hour we continue to come here every other Thursday for the bandara bread, wings, perogi pizza and a couple drinks.
We’ve been here multiple times and was served by other servers and have tipped them generously to also have that same server process payment for that server as he was busy and noticed we tipped him and got frustrated.
Today, we came back to not only have to get up and ask for service because we were not greeted for over 10 minutes but to witness that same server avoid our table on purpose and seeing him waiving the other girl down we requested for some service from and we could sense the animosity from 3 booths down. we began to feel sceptical of the food we just ordered and decided it was best to leave and go somewhere else.
We stood up and then waited again about 4 minutes because we had the curtesy to inform someone to cancel our order and not waste any of your food product. It is very unfortunate my fiancée and I wasted well over 30 minutes of our time at this location. Read moreOn March 11th, I visited your location with my wife and our three toddlers for dinner. We've been frequent customers and have always enjoyed our experiences at this location, but unfortunately, this visit felt like an exception.
First, when we arrived at our table, we noticed it wasn’t clean—it was sticky to the touch. When I mentioned this to our server, she promptly sent a busser to wipe it down, which we appreciated. However, the table should have been properly cleaned before we were seated.
Second, we were very uncomfortable due to the number of fruit flies hovering around our food. Despite our efforts to fan them away, they kept coming back, making it difficult to enjoy our meal.
Third, we decided to try some new menu items: the butter chicken pizza and butter chicken pasta. While the pasta was acceptable, the pizza was incredibly bland, lacking any noticeable butter chicken sauce. We brought this up with our server, who kindly offered to bring the sauce on the side, but overall, the dish didn’t meet expectations.
Finally—and most concerning—there was a fight that broke out in the restaurant while we were dining. I was facing the TV when I heard a commotion, and when I turned around, I saw someone being punched and knocked to the ground. My three toddlers also witnessed this, and I could see how frightened they were. The guests seated next to us hurriedly left, and we felt deeply unsafe in the environment. What upset me the most was that no one from the staff came to address the situation or check in on us afterward.
