Cupcakes at Guildford — Restaurant in Surrey

I bought a cake for my birthday here. (Do we have any ARMY here? ❤️‍🔥🥵💕) Anyways, I asked her if she could dye my BTS members blue on the cake. She said that I asked for natural hair. I told her that I know I did, but I change my mind now. THAT LADY WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME $1 EXTRA for four hours of work!!! THIS DEAL WAS A RIP-OFF, IT SHOULD BE FOR FREE!! I warned her that things would get messy if she didn’t cooperate. She still refused and started to get nervous, but I wasn’t buying her act. So I had to do what any sane person would do.

I climbed over the counter and ripped my shirt below to reveal my abs 🔥. The button sprung off and hit her eye and she had to get stitches. Like lady, what you so dramatic for? I went to store and ordered cake for my daughter’s birthday. I told them I needed the care for September 11 and they said ok I even spoke to the owner . I showed her the cake I want she said I have to bring the flower because they can’t do it for me and plus they charged me $100 just for one layer . She told me to send the details of the cake so I did and never heard anything from her because I wanted to make sure if she received the picture. I also went to their store again couple times and the girl who worked there she said I’ll let my manager know . They told me I have time and the owner said they can do the cake for me . After couple of messages I send they replay back that they can’t do the cake because the cake decorator is in school that day.! ? What a waste of time!!! They made me wait...

Their cakes are good, I have been their customer for a while, but I had a bad experience recently, I went to buy an expensive cake, asked them to write something on the cake and the girl working at the shop said they were out of those things(tips) which they use to write msgs but they can write it on the small thin cookie but they charge extra, I ask them to make it complimentary as they are out of that thing- not that we are asking for something extra but she didn't agree and I end up paying extra. I don't mind paying extra but this is one of the services a cake shop offers- to write a msg on the top of the cake !! I asked her a few times but she clearly said NO. Unfortunately, I will not come back to this...
