This was my 2nd visit to Spice 72 Indian Restaurant & Lounge with my family and the experience was even better than last time. The interior of the restaurant is quite stylish and has a great vibe with nice lighting and design. Although the restaurant was pretty busy during the evening, we got a seat easily. I liked the booth seating which was comfortable. The lady server for our table was presentable and we had a short nice chat with her towards the end. We ordered Baingan Bharta and Chana Masala with Bhatura & Tandoori Rotis. I personally liked the choice of the dining plates and the presentation of the dishes was fabulous. Both the dishes tasted absolutely delicious. However, I felt that the Baingan Bharta had slightly less salt in it. The Bathura looked a bit unusual along the edges but was tasty with less oil. During the course of our dinner, we weren’t asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything. We had to look for the server to request for anything else. For desserts, we ordered Kulfi Falooda which looked amazing in the sophisticated plate. It had just the right amount of sugar and was fantastic. Some of the dishes were priced a bit higher but we enjoyed the food very much and I look forward to visiting Spice 72 again in the future to try their other wonderful dishes.

My favourite go to place when I don’t want to risk anything with my order, always great experience and I always got the same person as our host and he’s always so amazing, took care of everything, even recommended so many things when we are in doubt , his name is Ikjot, I clearly remember last two time he was our server , very professional , now talking about food, In love the dalmkhani there and the pictures is of the rose kulfi faluda it’s wowww, I was surprised, I usually skip desserts as I don’t have expectations on the desserts but they nailed this one , it’s so yummy not just sweet but yummy , recommend it for sure apart from dal makhani and the freshly baked bread there are plenty of stuff to choose from , Also I tried there eggplant bhattha last time but it was ok ok compare to dal makhani and other items. Still will give 8/10 for sure and great value for money , the decor inside is very nice , lots is space to sit and choose from also they have both which is my go to option. This is my regular spot when I don’t want to go through google recommendation and avoid any bad experience, perfect go to place for Indian food

Indian food on a special birthday, why not! Amongst the plethora of restaurants in the area, Spice 72 was the chosen one. Upon entering it shows a modern ambience as you are greeted by some wine /champagne being displayed. A subtle temptation, who knows. There is definitely a modern feel to the area with hues of colours painting it around. We were seated in a closed off area which was perfect for us. It's great to see them cater for a special occasion. So the place was set but what about the food? We were vegetarian for the day so I can only comment on those. The appetizers were amazing ! From the golgappe, to the Raj kachori and finally the corn chops. However I would say as much as the presentation of the corn chops was spectacular but not functional. There comes a point where you can't get any more sauce from the bottom. For mains we had a multitude of different cuisines from Manchurian, to soy chicken, to the bangain ka Bartha. The baingan, Manchurian, paneer was great, but we asked for the soy chicken to be spicy and got left wanting. But what is a birthday without having dessert and the carrot halwa together with the moong dal halwa was calling our names. This is the main reason for the 3 star. The carrot halwa was absolutely disgusting. Left an extremely terrible taste in the mouth to finish the meal. All in all I would try this place again but would definitely stay away from the desserts.

Fabulous restaurant! We were a group of 15 for a birthday party. Special thanks to Amin D. for taking such good care of us. It was my first time at this establishment. First thoughts were, wow!...nice decor,. Upscale, yet not over the top. We were seated in the solarium which was lovely with a fireplace at one end and heaters to keep the temperature just right. They have a private dining room as well and the indoor seating is quite inviting with booths and tables. We sampled a variety of the appetizers and everyone was impressed. All menu items were delicious and well priced. They even allowed us to play some Utube dance videos at the end of the evening on their large TV. Plenty of parking available as well. I look forward to going back and would highly recommend Spice 72 especially for groups and special occasions. Thank you for all you did for us! You help make it a truly memorable occasion.

We came here for dinner. Our friends from USA suggested this restaurant to us. The Interiror is good. The seating inside the restaurant is for group of people 4 and above. For 2 people seating the option would be the patio. Patio is good for winter as there is heater. But in summer if it's too hot outside might want to consider sitting in the patio as there is only fans. There is waiting time to be placed inside so be prepared to wait. We ordered chaat papri and sev puri. I am a mumbaikar and foodie so love eating chat. The sev puri were made in pani puri ka puri so little disappointed seeing that, however the taste was okay. It was too sweet. The chaat papri was delicious. We then ordered achari paneer and tandoori roti and garlic Naan. We informed them to make achari paneer medium spicy and it was exactly medium spicy. Naan was soft and roti was also cooked perfect. Their serive is good.

I recently visited Spice 72 and was quite disappointed with both the quality and quantity of the food. While the taste of the butter chicken was just average, the real letdown was the amount of meat in our dishes. The goat curry, in particular, was filled with bones and had barely any meat. When we raised our concern, we were simply told that this is how it's served, and if we wanted more, we could order another one. On top of that, the waitresses continuously checked on us, urging us to order more even though we still had plenty on our table. For the quality and quantity served, this place is not value for money at all—it's actually overpriced. This level of service and experience was disappointing, to say the least. Given this, I will definitely be opting for other Indian restaurants in Surrey that offer better quality and quantity.
