Triple O’s has long been my go-to spot when I’m craving a great burger. I’ll admit up front—this review is biased because I genuinely love a Triple O’s burger. There’s something about it that just hits right every time: the sauce, the seasoning, and that perfect balance between the bun, meat, and toppings. It’s comfort food that always delivers exactly what I’m looking for.
Compared to larger fast-food chains, I don’t find Triple O’s pricey. It’s right in line with what you’d expect for quality food made fresh, and honestly, I think the value matches what you get. I don’t eat at other fast-food chains, but this one stands apart for me because it feels like a proper meal rather than a rushed, processed option.
The menu sticks to the basics—burgers, fries, chicken, milkshakes—but everything is done well. The burgers come out hot, juicy, and flavorful. The fries are crisp, well-seasoned, and pair perfectly with their signature Triple O’s sauce. The milkshakes are always smooth, rich, and nostalgic in the best way.
Service here is quick and friendly, and what really makes this location stand out is consistency. The food quality remains the same visit after visit, which isn’t something I can say for all of their restaurants. I’ve had mixed experiences at other Triple O’s locations outside the Greater Vancouver area—some just don’t hold the same standard. But this particular spot gets it right every time.
Overall, Triple O’s may be just another fast-food chain on paper, but it’s one that consistently stands above the rest. The flavor, the freshness, and the reliability keep me coming back. It’s simple, satisfying, and easily one of my favorite quick stops for a good,...
Read moreI hate to write negative reviews and I don't often but I felt compelled to share this story so that management can fix whatever is wrong with A. (I wont publish your name but its on the receipt). Every single Wednesday, sometimes more than once on a Wednesday I order a crispy cod burger with a slice of cheese. Normally the price is $8.13, at other locations its $7.86. Thats because on Wednesday its a crispy cod for $5.99 plus tax plus the cheese I guess $1.50 or something. Today, Ms. A comes to the window and says $13. I said no, its crispy cod day and every time I pay $8.13. She says oh because you wanted cheese. I said yes but normally you just add a charge for cheese. The attitude I got back was outright disgusting. No offer to check with her colleauge standing right there beside her, northing. She says you want cheese or no. I said ok no cheese. Voila price is $6.55. I even offered to show her last week's bill on my phone. She scoffed. When she comes back to the window she says I didnt charge you for the cheese. I hadn't said anything. I assumed she put cheese and didn't charge me for it. Nope. You know, not only is Triple O Canadian but its the best damn deal in the city for this crispy cod which is an AMAZING sandwich by the way. I expect that level of service from McDonalds, Wendys etc, but not Oh Canada Triple O. I am deeply disappointed and if I could do without the burger I would never be back but I will just go to another location. A. needs to learn customer service. I get that its fast food, but I was extremely pleasant and friendly. Check the video/audio from your recording. My visit was Nov 15 @ 18:57 per...
Read moreI haven't ate yet, but just got home after a weird experience that was just kind of annoying.
We ordered 2 combos and gravy on the side.
I get the bill an I realize that I was charged for my drink whereas the other combo wasn't.. no problem. We were waiting so I went in to see if they could just clarify the bill and they saw the charge, took my bill, and quickly went to refund me.
I got my change and my food an I noticed that my side order of gravy was still at the window so I asked if I could have it.
The lady that did my refund said that I had to pay for it blahblahblah, an I was certain it was on the bill.. but I take a quick look at the bill she gave back an it wasn't on there so I just said whatever and left.
I get home and open the bag, find an original bill and what's on there?
Yup, my gravy.
The place wasn't really busy an our order was really simple. Just be sure to double check your bills and make sure everything looks right. The guy even reread our order an it was right..
One thing that they could do to improve this is just invest in a screen so the customer can confirm the order.
We haven't had terrible experiences here, but there's always something a little weird that makes us question...
