-------I can't imagine how dirty or unclean the kitchen would be and with flies if there were so many on the customer's tables. ------- Shakes and drinks mostly come after we finish the food. -------- food doesn't come at the same time for one table.

We did dine in on 31 august. We ordered 2 orders of golgappa , 1 bhatura plate , 1 amritsari kulcha ,1 tandoori chaap and 2 shakes. Food was good no doubt But usually shakes and drinks always come late when we are almost done with the food. One time we literally finished the food and they gave us the shakes. This happened with so many my friends too. But this time i ask the girl to make sure to give us the drinks before they serve the food or with the food. She served it fast ,that was good. We were happy but then our other food was coming like 5-5 mints gap in between. We were 3. So first person's food came right after the appetizer. We were still finishing the appetizer. My food came after 5-6 mints so my fiancé had to wait for my food to come so that we both can start eating together not like one is eating and others are just watching in the meantime. Because of this his food got cold.And for the 3rd person food came like after 12-14 mints. I almost ate half of my food by that time and my fiance already finsihed his food. So when one of us was eating ,we others were staring at each other.

Food should come altogether for the table so that we can actually enjoy doing dine in.

The other big thing happened-----"the fruit flies and flies" . We were sitting on the corner table. So i don't know if the flies were just there because of the corners not cleaning properly or on all the tables. I work in the restaurant too so i know how big this issue could be for a customer. Fruit flies shouldn't be in the restaurant. Fruit flies were literally on our food. They were sitting on the straw of the shakes. Because of that we couldn't drink with straws. Had to take them out. Felt so disgusting when fruit flies were just flying here and there.

I recently left a review on your Google page regarding being denied service at your restaurant, despite arriving within your listed operating hours. In response, you have accused me of violence and threatened legal action.

Let me clarify that I was never aggressive or disruptive (in your words voilent). As a customer, I have a reasonable expectation of service during your advertised hours under Canada's trade regulations. Refusing service without cause and making false accusations violate provincial consumer protection laws.

I have a lawful right to share my experience in a public forum. Resorting to intimidation tactics and defamation violates my rights and risks civil liability. Per Canada's libel laws, businesses can be sued for making false and damaging statements about customers.

I stand by my review as a factual account of poor service received. As a business operating in Canada, you have a responsibility to treat customers fairly and avoid false claims. Please retract your current allegations. My objective was to prevent others from enduring similar poor treatment by providing truthful feedback. However, your response has only affirmed my negative experience at your restaurant. Given this situation, I will not be returning to your restaurant nor recommending it to others. I urge consumers to avoid your restaurant based on my troubling experiences.

I placed in this restaurant at 22:39 and i told i her like please get me asap as my wife she delivered a new born and she is starving for the food where else hospitals they don’t provide food after 8 pm of you delivered a new born you have to wait for 9 in the morning for breakfast so i thought this is the near by place i can grab her something to eat asap after placing up the order my wife called me at 22:49 and i went in there at 22:59 asked about my order as its been 20 minutes they just kept in saying its getting ready there’s one more person along with me waited for his order for so long he also started getting paranoid for being such a poor class customer service overall i time goes and at 23:10 i asked again for my order they said its getting packed after 6 minutes i loosed my patience on 23:16 i told them i don’t want it if you can’t bring it in 1 more minute still they gave me my food at 23:19 i have enclosed the time i placed the order and the time i left the place i m posting foe the if owner you are reading this and you can’t handle your take out services for someone who is in so much nessecary its better stop serving the take out and posting up on social media i can easily put the post on social media with proof about what i faced last night with ordering the food from this restaurant i...
