Wild Wing — Restaurant in Tecumseh

We stated by ordering an appetizer along with our main order. On the menu it doesn’t show that the Poutine with boneless chicken was very spicy, it says “ medium or honey garlic” they never asked what we wanted and assumed it would be normal spice. When we received the order it was so Spivey so we asked if we could change the order to honey garlic as it was far to spicy for a 19/18 year old whom like spice but this was far to spicy. What they brought back was the same dish but they pulled the chicken off on top and then replaced it with honey garlic chicken on the top of the poutine. Then they added more gravy on top of the chicken so now you have the result of mush, literally mush fries, hard cheeses as it didn’t not melt so they added gravy on top of the original cheese gravy spicy chicken. So they picked off the chicken on top which means it tells you not much chicken on this dish where they can sit in the kitchen and pick out of a dish of poutine/chicken… instead of making a new fresh order…so so much gravy it became so hard to eat as it was like eating a bowl of gravy and cheese that is not melted… couldn’t even taste the chicken. They were kind enough to ask for something else but-my children felt sick from trying to eat gravy bowl. They ordered something light which was good ( Caesar salad) but they ended up charging me full price but gave 10% off. We were the o key people in the restaurant on Monday at 4 o’clock. We were there 2 hours waiting for our food then replacing our food. My bill was for 3 people $ 98.00 Order plain burger ( was store bought burger and very small amount of fries on a large plate). Two Caesar wrap and regular summer drink two waters and a pop ( no refills) the pop was a fountain pop $4.95 my bills was close to $100.00. RIDICULOUS overpriced and I will never recommend to go there again. I will be telling everyone of my experience. Gave me %. 10 discount, but on the payment machines mandatory 15/20/25% gratuity. The service was nice but after that experience and absolutely dead in the restaurant it took 2 hours???? I’m am so upset at spending $100.00 for the food that was not a good experience. Last week we had super service & food! This week was terrible! To start off the entrance door was broken. Arm that holds the door was totally off & just hanging there & no warning sign! 3 of us ordered lunch. 1 out of 3 was satisfied. 1 ordered a chili dog which contained about 1 tablespoon of chili. She asked for more & waitress gave her a small container of chili! I ordered a Swiss & Mushroom burger. Waitress said "Sorry the swiss cheese hasn't arrived" so I said "then I'll have mozzarella". She said they didn't have that either but they had cheddar cheese so I said ok. Got my burger & there's a battered mushroom on top of my burger with a toothpick holding it & 4 more under the bun on top off the burger! And plastic cheese NOT cheddar. As in a cheese slice that your buy in a wrapper! The burger & bun was good to say the least! Oh yes, I forgot, the fried onions you could count on one hand! (To say the least.) Went to the bathroom, no signs on the doors, so hope you pick the right one! Very clean but No hand soap. So told the waitress.
