No Monday deals for us I guess? 3 people were scammed by them pretending to "not know"
My pizza was whole. Not cut. I was planning on sharing some slices on the way home to the Nass 1.5hours away. Garbage when we got home.

Ordered online. Got a scam page pop up. No email or confirmation. So.... I called an let it ring and ring and ring, no answer. So.... i drove to pizza hut to see if the order went through. It did. So I explained this all to the lady and she couldn't have cared less. So i explained it again. I explained to the lady what happened. The online site pizzhut said i got a free subscription to SiriusXM. She stated we dont do that. She treated me like i should know this. I do have a brain injury from Afghanistan. Maybe im handicapped.(I am) I guess she thought i was just a bum. Who was slow. The phone wasnt answered so i asked why? Not a person on the closed indoor dining except the 2 people there. She said "there are 3 lines so..., Im only one of them" I said "excuses" she stated out loud and rudely "i got tons of em"
Pizza hut is absolutely not what it was.
No dining in. No bathroom Zero customer service. Sorry, zero proper customer service. Rude staff that is "too busy" whilst sitting together in an empty restaurant at an empty table. No explanation for anything except attitude and more disrespect. She did say sorry, when she followed it up with I got alot more of em just waiting!
Order from a local pizza restaurant not a chain store. They will at least treat you like a paying customer not a bum.

The manager whom I spoke with was very passive aggressive stating that its "not their fault, and its head office." I asked if that would be false advertising? she replied "no staff no product, and we will not honor any deals that are shown on the website. But You can still have your pizza's just not the deal price." So how is it they have the ingredients and staff at regular price, but not at the deal price.... I also stated that maybe during these times when people want a little normalcy in their lives, since they are deemed essential, that they should plan better for peek orders and days. Read moreTried to use the app to redeem my points and it doesn’t work so I called the Terrace location in hopes to receive help but was met with an answer of “We don’t do that here” without any explanation as to why. Maybe make it apparent on the app that certain locations don’t provide the usage of points because NOWHERE online or on Pizza Huts website does it display this. Even customer support can’t provide answers. Either make it apparent or disable it as an option when ordering because people are under the assumption if they spend MONEY on the app they can actually USE...
