Starbucks — Restaurant in Terrace

I am a huuuge Starbucks fan, and I’ve been going to this Starbucks ever since. But I’m so sorry to say that the entire experience of enjoying a delicious and expensive coffee is worsening day by day. Yesterday was the worst. They have a new girl that didn’t seem to be trained at all. Moreover the queue was huge, and THE GIRL AND THE OTHER STAFF KEPT CHATTING AND LAUGHING IN PUNJABI. It is so frustrating for the customers to watch them laugh and gossip while they are waiting in line just to have their order taken. There is no professionalism or respect for peoples times. She spent 15 mins laughing until she started to take the next persons order , and the other staff was more concerned about the gossip and didn’t care about calling out their order after it’s...

First time I went there I paid 5 dollars for something that was “the same as iced coffee” according to the barista because they were all out of ice coffee and needless to say what they gave me was disgusting so I threw it away. Gave them another chance and tried to redeem my birthday drink and I’m told by the manager they don’t do that at this location ? I won’t be going back a third time let’s just...

I never leave reviews for anything, but wow... this place is horrible. Why does it exist? Is there a worse Starbucks? I don't know how that would be possible.

The staff... I just feel bad for them. You have trainees training new trainees who won't last a week. Everyone is lost. Staff can't care. Managers don't care. Safeway doesn't care. Starbucks doesn't care.
