I am a huuuge Starbucks fan, and Iāve been going to this Starbucks ever since. But Iām so sorry to say that the entire experience of enjoying a delicious and expensive coffee is worsening day by day. Yesterday was the worst. They have a new girl that didnāt seem to be trained at all. Moreover the queue was huge, and THE GIRL AND THE OTHER STAFF KEPT CHATTING AND LAUGHING IN PUNJABI. It is so frustrating for the customers to watch them laugh and gossip while they are waiting in line just to have their order taken. There is no professionalism or respect for peoples times.
