Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in The Meadows

This was my first time dining at a Chick Fil A Restaurant. The first time I had Chick Fil A was at West Edmonton Mall. The food was okay, nothing special. All orders were complete and food was served hot.

What made me give 5 stars was the phenomenal service that I experienced from this location. When I entered the store I was greeted by a girl with a warm smile and got my orders.

When I sat down and got my food I was approached by this lovely girl who had a warm smile named Cora who introduced herself to me and my friends and said that she was going to “take care” of us as we dine here. She was very hospitable I have to say. Made sure that all our orders came right and our drinks refilled. Out of curiosity I asked if they were the only chick fil a who does this kind of customer service and she was very kind about answering that chick fil a is known for this level of care and customer service all around the world. This is level of customer service isn’t found at other fast food chains which made me say wow! I also got to know a little bit of herself and their team which made me even more impressed. It’s rare to experience at fast food restaurants that staff members interact with customers.

It was our first time being to a Chick-Fil-A and both my husband and I were very impressed! We opted to go inside to order as we didn’t know what the options were (so gave ourselves more time to stand and look at the menu before ordering). The girl who took our order was very sweet and helped us make our decisions and answered our questions, with a smile! Even though we said we planned to take out our food, we decided to stay and eat instead since our toddler was behaving so we took advantage of the opportunity. They brought us our food in the take out bag and offered to replate everything for a more dine in experience. A very nice offer but we didn’t take them up on it. We appreciated the gesture though! THEN, we don’t know if this is standard for Chick fil a or not, but we had a nice young guy introduce himself and say he would be “taking care of us” and was our server.
