I've been to this location a couple of times, because it has opened up close to my home, others are 20mins away. I normally order the stuff crust crazy bread and krazy sauce. There was no store number phone number promoted nor was the address to find it. So I couldn't phone ahead to make an order. When I went to the store to make an order, I had asked for phone number and let them know I couldn't find it online. They just gave it to me on a piece of receipt paper. They never present the food by getting a plastic bag to put it in and when you ask for one, it's like you stun them with that question and they have to work to get one. But whatever, I thought new store, I usually give a couple chances for them to work out kinks or maybe just an off day.
Now that I have the number, I called it i think it was 9:40pm and the store closes at 10pm. I realize you know getting close to closing time staff want to start closing down. But chain stores should believe in, if people are still ordering we are staying open. Anyway I was just ordering my normal 2x Crazy bread and 2x Crazy sauce. When a girl answered, she answers "hello". As if it wasn't a store number for people to call and make an order. No " thank you for calling little caesars...". When I confirmed it was the store, I asked to place an order and she said sorry we are closing in 20 mins, they cannot do it. I replied " are you kidding me? I can be there in 5 mins as I live that close by even sooner. She said he can't.
3rd time and the last time was last week. It was 9:30pm I walk in to order same order as always. She said we don't have any ready and will take 20mins as if to deter me from accepting that and leaving. I said that was fine to test her and I didn't mind staying anyway, she then offered me that there's normal crazy bread ready. I said no thanks I'll wait and it was maid in 9 minutes and 12 seconds, because I timed it and then the issue with the bags again, she said here you are with the food on the counter. I had to ask, could I get a bag please? Once again, stunned as if I had asked something inappropriate. It took her another couple of minute to find the box of bags and to pull out one and handed it to me to bag myself.
This is the last time. I hope corporate or whomever is the regional manager sees this. My friends and I used to order about $100/week in food from another store, we ordered so much that the manager now and then when he was there would deliver it to us personally. I thought that was mindblowingly amazing and really appreciated. I moved from that area and finally a new little caesars moves in and it's the worse service I've ever received. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN.    Read moreI ordered online for my kids afternoon snack. I placed the order 3:28pm and the pick up time is 3:42. I was a little late in picking up since my son's bus arrived late.
When I came to pick up, the 2 ladies in the store, told me that they have not done my order yet and their excuse was the other lady was new.
I told them to just cancel the order since I have my kids in the van and I dont want them to wait if they will just start preparing my order. They responded that they can't cancel the order since I placed the order online.
I asked them who will I request the refund from since I ordered it from the store and paid it online. They said I can wait but they wont be able to give me refund if I want to cancel.
How is that an option? Either to wait or loose my money. This is not also the first time that this store has messed up my order and the same excuse, the staff is new.
The staff doesn't even know how to deal with customer. They will make you mad with the way they speak. getting aggressive when it is their fault.

How in the world does that make any sense, YOU are the establishment that âcookedâ the pizza. Not only did you ignore our phone calls to correct the issue. But you repeatedly would hang up the phone and had the audacity to be disrespectful when we showed up to recify the issue and blame one of your other coworkers instead of again, rectifying the problem. Maybe add an uncooked dough option for your pizzas from now on so people arenât surprised when the get a mouthful of it. My sisters on the toilet, my brother who uses this location weekly is frustrated and the only way it was fixed was ANOTHER family member going down and confronting the rude unhelpful staff who treated this as a joke.
