Came in here on March 11, 2025 at approximately 7:00pm. One of the ladies greeted me as I walked in and continued to sweep gravel and dirt to the front counter. Literally from the front emtrance to the front counter where I was standing and the food is prepared... the front desk lady must've asked me what I wanted at least 3 times in a minute while deciding. I made my order and asked for it to be toasted. The lady preparing my order was very pleasant until she started to toast my sub and began touching multiple surfaces and then with the same gloves restocked the vegetables in the front counter. I watched a little confused at these hygiene standards and when she took my sub out to continue to make it, I kindly asked if she could change her gloves as she had already touched multiple surfaces and restocked various vegetables and then touched the oven door again, the handle to the toasting pad, and then was going to apply veggies. She changed her gloves and apologized but I couldn't honestly order anything from this individual. If she had just restocked vegetables then how do I know there isn't any cross contamination. I kindly apologized and said I would not order from here. The lady sweeping dirt and gravel to the front counter quickly said, "she can make you a new one" and I quickly responded, "you actually touched multiple surfaces with the same gloves and then proceeded to restock veggies in the front. I had to ask you to change your gloves. So no, this is a health code violation" before leaving.
Enjoy your lovely salmonella and e.coli subs made by two dirty people who cannot understand basic hygiene practices and themselves looked unbathed as well. I'd be having some strong conversation about hygiene practices with my staff if they were preparing food. No diss to the lovely ladies, but there should be a visual/appearance standard when handling and preparing food. This time was...
Read moreI went in at this location with my friend to get my little brother a subway salad because he is severely allergic to gluten and is celiac aka. he cannot eat wheat or buns at all! i asked the girl behind the counter for the salad and she refused to make me a salad at all, simply because she had done her inventory. It was only 9:40pm when i went in and they were closing at 10pm. i have over 5 years of experience with fast food restaurants to know that you simply have to change one number in the system and email the list out so her "done with inventory" was only gonna have her less than a minute, but her refusing to serve a customer was very very rude and disrespectful and she had NO customer service skills at all. Even after my friend got her sub and i thanked the girl, she gave me a disgusting look and simply walked away.
I still thanked her for helping us out while she simply walked away. and if you ask me that is no customer service skills at all.
this location may only be running cause people get hungry or want to get a subway, but i know for a fact that if another location was to open up nearby, this one would definitely close down cause of their customer service.
I am highly disappointed cause of this and i will definitely not be going back to this place again. i would rather drive an extra mile to get better service then have an employee turn me away for no appropriate...
Read moreLet me tell you about my experience with this specific Subway...
I walked in to order - the two girls behind the counter were bickering and disorganized. I place my order - The girl who I wound up having to deal with had no idea what she was doing, I had to walk her through the process (including how to wrap the subs properly to go at the end). She lacked any and all customer service, had to ask questions twice or more times in every aspect of the order..
I finally get to my two subs being toasted and when they are complete and ready for additional condiments she looks at me and waits for me to tell her what I want, so I give her both sub add-ons when another man walks up and asks her to warm his coffee.. So she stops, ignores me and proceeds to get his coffee warmed, stands at the warmer and waits while I stand there silent.. then comes back and has to ask me all over again what I would like on my subs... I repeat myself, walk her through the process of wrapping the subs as I've always seen them since she threw out the wrapping that belongs inside the second to go wrap.. That isn't all.. Her friend shows up and she starts loudly talking past and behind me in another language with this girl. Needless to say my Sub's were cold and poorly put together, over half went in the garbage.
Wow Subway, I guess good help is hard to find. Horrible experience, zero desire to go back....
