WHAT TO TRY?!

Their Americano and the green tea latte is great to compliment your catching up with friends or studying for the next project/exam!

They also have sandwiches and pastries that you can try here. It's a coffee shop behind yorkville, not that busy and you can easily get work done here. Plenty of electricity outlets for all your electronic needs and they have complimentary wifi.

What stands out the most for me about this cafe is that there are plenty of space to sit, either lounge around by the fireplace or long communal tables to share with your group or private 1:1 tables along the other side of the wall.

There's two levels of the coffee shop so if you want a quieter and cozier place to study, you can opt to sit at the lower level of the coffee shop. You don't feel pressured to leave the coffee shop when you finish your drink and you can get a lot of work done!

LAST TIP??

Consider this as a meeting place with friends on research projects, discussing business plans, getting studying done or catching up with friends. The coffees/drinks aren't cheap though in comparison to Tim Hortons but it's better than sitting...

After a year of buying my coffee there I found it to be to crammed into a split level high end dessert and coffee shop for far too much. The patrons seem to talk very loudly and eyedropper galore unlike anything in NYC ! As an ex government cook...who graduated from college and got my gold seal journeyman trade certification and earned a government pension I get a kick when ". Ladies " like her costume criticism of my arts and crafts or milita service ! She's like Madonna....the only5 Elements they are very welcome n and interested in are1 nickles..2..dimes 4 no quarter...5 and bills bills bills as in lots of it and she said that I am not going to use her wi fi for free after I foolishly promoted her business each time I was there as a jester of good character...then she INSULT s me on a rainy day when I just sat down outside to answer my phone ! So many people have the privilege of not being targeted. She doesn't know me or my house hold of faith very well . I used to work in the 80s at LA petite gourmet by Rosedale tic station and Christian and Lynda feel the same way about that awful Tim Hortons mentality of...

I don't mind paying good money for a good sandwich. But the audacity of presenting such a price tag with such little value is beyond me. I generally don't do the review thing, but I feel like this is something that needs to change in this establishment immediately. If I order a sandwich that is over $10, it had better have more than a quarter cup of chicken on it. At least one entire strip of bacon, not a single sliver on either half. A single sliver of roasted red pepper on each half of my sandwich that was cut so thinly If I dropped it in the air it would blow away. Very disappointed. The sandwich had good flavor don't get me wrong, but I am not satisfied and I feel very ripped off. It doesn't help that my coffee leaked through almost immediately after them handing it to me. It was also delicious. I just think these sort of things need to be addressed. There is too much of a trend of cutting corners and producing skimpy quality goods in the city. I for one would like to see...
