08/27/2022 - Came here after a late lunch around the area for summerlicious. I was fascinated by the sign outside saying there was no lychee left so I had to come in and ask about it. This led me to looking at their menu and the first thing that caught my attention was their coffee flavour! I love coffee! The last time I came here I ordered the Earl Grey, but this time I just had to try my favourite flavour. The employees working today was John, Dan, and Olivia. They were very friendly just as the employees I encountered the last time I reviewed this place, they were very nice and asked me about my allergies. I ordered the Coffee, and my girlfriend ordered the Lemon Cheesecake. The coffee tasted just as good as I thought it would and I was quite satisfied with the flavour. My girlfriend said that the Lemon Cheesecake was very delicious as well. The music playing in the background was very nice, I almost head banged to it while enjoying my polarolls. Overall the visit here was just as pleasant as before and I would definitely come back again if I'm nearby. 05/02/2022 - I went here for desserts after eating out for dinner. The employees were really nice and work fast. I got the Earl Grey Nutella and the taste was really good and satisfied my crave for sweets. There was a strong tea flavour as well which I really like. I did not eat it right away, and it didn't start to melt even after 5-10 mins of walking. I would recommend trying this place at least once if you're in the area. I would definitely come back here again in the future.

WHAT TO TRY?!? Of course the rolllled ice cream! I personally like the earl gray, green tea and mango flavour but there's also other flavours you can try! Comes in so many different flavours, they make their ice cream on the spot in front of you. You can see how they put the cream and your ingredients together to make the ultimate rolled ice cream to your liking! It's essentially ice cream but presented in a different way where they flatten the ice cream into sheets before rolling it the ice cream into 6-7 rolls for you. Make sure you get your camera ready to record the whole process. They use fresh fruits to mix into the ice cream and if you want more sauce or toppings, just let them know and they can see if they can incorporate them in there too. For the tea flaours, they steep their own tea in-house and hence why earl gray ice cream today may be stronger than yesterday depending on how long they steep their teas. Usually they steep their teas for a long time though to really get the tea flavours out in their ice cream! LAST TIP?!? You can customize your rolled ice cream sundaes to your liking too. You don't necessarily need to pick one of the pre-determined sundae combinations. It's their recommendations but if you have something in mind you want to combine together or try out, make sure you let them know. Be ready for brain freeze though, because the ice cream is super cold, but on a hot summer day...it's worth it!

Fresh ice cream rolls in front of you! I have tried this Thai style rolled ice cream in other locations in Toronto area but they were not made in the same way how this place does it. Items on menu are limited but less is more, especially to people like me when I'm always having hard time choosing my toppings. All menu items are well designed to match with the ingredients that will never let you down! I wanted to try the signature Thai iced tea flavour, but we got there late and it was sold out, and it was a tea day for me so I chose the Earl Grey instead. It comes with whipped cream, and frosted flakes crumbs and a waffle cookie. I skipped the condensed milk drizzle for less guilty sugar. I was happy with the ice cream with quite a strong Earl Grey scent and I like it how it's semi sweetened. It actually taste like real frozen Earl Grey cream to me! All ice cream are rolled with raw ingredients like cream, milk, oreo cookies, fresh strawberries right in front of you on their frozen slab, that means every cup of rolled ice cream are freshly made to order, unlike some shops would only just "transform" the ice cream scoop on the slab into a roll. This kind of Thai style rolled ice cream has recently been a big hit in town, the price is $7+HST and to be honest I think it's worth it with the labour, time and effort. Try it and you'll love it! It would have score a 5 star if I got to try the Thai iced tea!!!

I recently visited Artic bites (July 19, approximately 6:45 pm) and wanted to share my experience with their customer service. I must admit, it was a rather disappointing encounter. Upon entering, we (4 of us) noticed that there were only two staff members present, and despite being the only customers in the store, we were not acknowledged or greeted in any way.

We patiently waited to place our order while observing them prepare our ice cream. During this time, we had some questions about their products, but unfortunately, our attempts to engage with the staff were met with silence and no eye contact. It felt as if our inquiries were falling on deaf ears.

Eventually, our ice cream was ready, but we were unsure if it was indeed our order. When we asked for clarification, we were informed that we needed to go to the cash area to place our order. This information was not communicated to us beforehand, and it left us feeling a bit confused and frustrated.

I don’t understand as they were not busy, it's essential for customer service representatives to make an effort to greet customers and provide clear instructions to ensure a smooth experience. A warm welcome and a few friendly words can go a long way .

I believe that investing in customer service training could greatly benefit the staff at Artic bites. It would equip them with the necessary skills to handle customer inquiries effectively and create a more welcoming atmosphere. I genuinely hope that my feedback can serve as a constructive wake-up call for improvement.

Despite this disappointing encounter, I remember from a year ago that their ice cream was good. However, I must admit that this particular visit has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. I will be exploring other options where customer service is given the attention it deserves and customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

With a few changes, they have the potential to provide a more pleasant and customer-focused experience for...
