I’ve been a regular at this place, but I was really disappointed during my last visit. I called ahead to place an order and mentioned we’d be dining in. The person on the phone didn’t mention anything about closing early. When we arrived at 11:05 PM, even though the posted closing time is 12 AM, we were told dine-in wasn’t available because they were closing early due to staffing issues.

It was frustrating because we weren’t informed of this earlier, and it felt like a lack of communication. It’s a shame, because this kind of experience can drive customers away. I hope the management looks into this, as it could impact potential business. The only reason i am giving it two stars is because the food is always great but it definitely does not taste the same when you have to take it home and eat.

Update: We went back in today, and the manager personally apologized for the situation, explaining that he wasn’t aware of what had happened. It’s unfortunate that sometimes a few employees might take advantage of a supportive management team, affecting the business. However, we were really impressed with how Gos addressed the issue and kept us updated throughout. The food was perfect as well today! I had an absolutely amazing experience at BBoyz Thorncliffe and would highly recommend it to everyone! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a great meal.

Not only was he attentive and friendly, but he also strictly followed health and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and hygienic dining environment. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The food was absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and made with high-quality ingredients. The attention to detail in every dish was impressive, and the menu had a great variety of options. The fried chicken burgers (which I tried without any issues) were crispy, juicy, and cooked to perfection.

BBoys Restaurant clearly values its customers, and the team, especially OM, made sure we had a wonderful dining experience. The combination of great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes this place a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back and bringing more friends with me!

Good is good which is why I have returned back after multiple bad experiences. I constantly have to remind the team to please make sure they melt the cheese on the sandwich, which is a given preparing any sandwich. But almost every time, they just slap the cold cheese on there and send the sandwich out, I’ve had to heat up the sandwich at home. Other times they have forgotten toppings or added some which I didn’t even ask for. My family orders from this store twice a week, but it’s a shame that only twice they’ve actually prepared the food properly. This is now the second time they have handed my order to someone else from DoorDash, and they don’t even have the decency to call and prepare another order to correct their mistake instead kept delaying it for over an hour then canceled the order at 12:00 am once they close. I really think the owner should have a talk with their employees as they previously lost a couple of my friend as a customers due to their poor service and will lose another one now.
