Extremely disappointing experience – would not recommend. Safety concerns!
We waited nearly 50 minutes without being informed of any delay when we arrived. After being seated, no one offered us water or explained that we had to place our order at the counter — we only found out after 20 minutes when we asked.
You’re required to pay upfront before receiving any service. This setup seems to make any feedback feel pointless — since once they have your money, there’s no accountability. I even suggested to the staff that they should inform customers about the wait time before taking payment so people know what to expect, but clearly nothing was being done. Customers who ordered after us said they also weren’t warned, and several tables walked out after waiting over an hour and a half without receiving their food and even warned us while we were waiting.
Despite repeated complaints from guests, the staff showed no urgency or care. At one point, the chef even told us, “People have waited longer than you, so don’t complain,” which was incredibly dismissive.
When our food finally arrived, the chole bhature were cold. We had to ask for a hot plate, which they brought out a few minutes later. Then the veggie naan tacos arrived — and my friend bit into a large tamarind seed, causing pain and discomfort. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, the chef acknowledged it but only offered a partial refund, claiming we had eaten half the dish.
After all the delays, lack of transparency, poor service, cold food, and a literal safety concern, the unwillingness to take responsibility or resolve the concerns was shocking. We declined the partial refund and left extremely disappointed.
Poorly managed, understaffed, and completely lacking in customer service — definitely not worth your...
